The King of Jordan has officially informed the United States that he intends to formally abdicate the throne due to his illness. And to hand over power to the army, which will help form a transitional government.

The King said that his decision is final and that the time has come for Jordanians to rule themselves.
The King told the American ambassador that he will announce the abdication speech and the end of monarchical rule in a televised address. And that he is waiting for the right moment, as he faces significant opposition and threats from his wife, Queen Rania.
The King said that he intends to announce the abdication speech before Ramadan, but the intelligence service and its director, Hatoqay, are threatening him and threatening the army that supports the idea. The King said that he does not know when, but he will not tolerate staying longer than months.

The King explained that the Gulf state gave Hawoqay more than 100 million dollars as a personal gift and dreams of making him rule Jordan.
