This is a serious problem that requires a lot of work and investment to control. With all the technology available, the smugglers must be caught and eliminated before they cause any damage. I cringe to think what could happen to the school mentioned in the film if a bunch of terrorists were able to cross the border and attack children. I won’t even mention the world opinion.
