Suing the ass off our enemies

Andrew Benjamin
The Lawfare Project in cooperation with the Law Center Shurat Ha’Din in Israel appear to be successfully crushing the businesses and incomes of racist anti-Israeli businesses all over the world. They are winning major lawsuits against Israel’s enemies in world courts, the details can be found at the links above. The latest news from Switzerland is below. For example, these lawfare organizations won a judgment large enough to put the Palestinian Authority out of business permanently. They will put a major dent into the sanctions money Iran is “supposed” to be getting. Several Arab airlines can no longer fly to and from the US, and the same restrictions will be duplicated in several Euro countries and Canada.

Accordingly, Iran will not get a large part of the sanctions money because the so-called “treaty” is anything but a treaty. It is and “executive agreement” that cannot bind the United States and is unenforceable. It is unconstitutional – soon to be adjudicated under the same principles as the immigration issue by Executive Order in front of SCOTUS right now. The Iran treaty cannot be advanced in its current form and besides, it is a failure according to top level American officials. Moreover, the lawfare organizations are holding the money up in the courts whilst the Obama Administration is fighting for the money in behalf of Iran.

The latest news, as some of you who do read the news should know, Americans will be suing the Saudis for 9-11 crimes…refer to the redacted 28 pages in the 9-11 commission report which indicts high-level Saudi complicity in the “incident.” We are speaking of billions in damages, and the Saudi’s threats won’t wash – the game is over. Take it from me, the hostile Arabs have more to fear from us than we from them. Bipartisan congressmen, liberal as well as conservative senators, are on board. Obama and Hillary or State will not be able to do a anything about it, the train has left the station and the lawfare groups have established precedence for use in future court cases against terrorism and the money of terrorists and terrorist states. The game will come apart at the seams at the United Nations too… and let’s face it, no one gives a damn what the UN thinks. I mean, do you?

More importantly, as some have come to their senses, the Gulf Coast Arabs know that they have more important fish to fry than to worry about fake Palestinians and fabricated Palestinian claims to land they had never owned. They are now clamoring to be “friends” with Israel and will soon be paying protection money. Just read their press….

Brooke Goldstein pictured below, is the director of the New York-based Lawfare Project. She’s brilliant, a warrior who doesn’t tolerate fools lightly. None of us here do.

On another matter, former Bush SecDef Donald Rumsfeld was pilloried by the global media for calling it our right around 2005 that the West’s fight against Islamism will be “A Long Hard Slog.” It is a dozen years later and the problem has clearly gotten a lot worse. The current American president had a solution for it. To make the much worse much worse.

All three of Obama’s SecDefs, Panetta, Hagel and Gates and several CIA and NSA directors came out recently and said rather bluntly that Obama doesn’t know what he’s doing and has sabotaged US interests. They implied he’s a disaster and clueless and has put our nation in grave danger by inviting challenges by hostiles: Russia, China, Iran, ISIS, just to name the most obvious. Meanwhile Obama has decimated America’s military.

To take the conspiracy-myth-makers out of this picture, be aware that none of these men are neocons or Jews. And all three have said that Russia and Iran are the greatest threats America is facing.

Which is exactly what I’ve been saying for eight years because it was that obvious.

Ashton Carter, the current SecDef will surely concur once he leaves the Obama Administration. See here:

For an even more thorough review of the problem, see Bret Baier’s special reports on the decimation of the US military on FOX – to be repeated – and hear these men in their own words.

Now remember: the same people who voted for Obama will vote for Hillary or Bernie.
Stupidity, deliberate or other indeed, has no limit.

Lawfare Project Swiss Counsel Philippe Grumbach Files Civil and Criminal Complaints Against
Kuwait Airways in Geneva

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND: Lawfare Project Swiss Counsel Philippe Grumbach, a partner at prestigious European law firm CMS, has filed an administrative complaint with the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) as well as a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor General against Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC). The complaints were filed on behalf of an Israeli national living in Switzerland who was denied a ticket on a KAC flight from Geneva, Switzerland to Frankfurt, Germany. Read more on La Tribune de Genève.

The criminal complaint is based on the airline’s violation of the Swiss Penal Code as well as Swiss constitutional provisions that protect individuals facing discrimination based on race, religion or ethnicity. The civil complaint argues that KAC is violating the fundamental rights of Swiss residents and those traveling through Switzerland, and asks that the FOCA demand an end to KAC’s discrimination and withdraw the airline’s operating license until such time as the airline comes into compliance with Swiss law.

The plaintiff, a Geneva resident of Israeli origin, is presently studying at a Swiss academic institution. As stated in the complaint, the plaintiff has been “engaged since adolescence in the fight against inequality and discrimination of all kinds.”The plaintiff was accompanied to the Geneva airport by a Swiss court bailiff who transcribed a report detailing the refusal of the Kuwait Airways ticketing staff to sell a flight ticket to the plaintiff. He was “outraged and indignant to have been discriminated against because of [his] Israeli citizenship” and felt compelled to bring these legal actions to uphold his civil and human rights.

Both complaints reference The Lawfare Project’s success in fighting KAC’s discriminatory business practices in the United States, as well as the airline’s response to a Department of Transportation determination that it was unequivocally operating in violation of federal anti-discrimination laws. By cancelling its flight path from New York to London rather than admitting Israelis on KAC flights, the airline — a wholly owned instrumentality of the Kuwaiti government — demonstrated its commitment to discrimination even while exposing itself to enormous pecuniary loss.

This suit opens a new chapter in The Lawfare Project’s battle against Kuwait Airways and the institutional discrimination mandated by Arab League governments subscribed to a 70-year boycott of the Jewish state, its people and businesses. Our work in this arena is critical in demonstrating to individuals and corporations engaging in discriminatory commercial practices that the legal and financial risks of refusing to deal with Israelis will be disproportionately painful for the boycotters. The Lawfare Project will continue to combat the Arab League boycott and its progeny, the BDS movement, in all their pernicious manifestations.
