  1. Whoever in Israel are running the war in Gaza are either complete chuckleheads or Hamas agents. Showing the released terrorist a video of the destruction in Gaz will reinforce their belief that Israel is committing “genocide” against their people, and will reinforce their determination to renew their participation in the “resistance” in Gaza. If some of them were in possession of cell phones or other devices withviteo-creating capabilities–which is perfectly possible given the Israelis lax supervision of terrorist prisoners– they will copy the Israeli video and show it all over Gaza to prove that Israel is committing “genocide” of the Gaza population. The fact that that the video was actually made by the Israelis themselves (the terrorists won’t have to lie about this) will strongly reinforce the terrorists propaganda that Israel is committing “genocide” in Gaza and that “resistance” is a sacred duty of all Palestinians.
    When people do incredibly stupid and self-destructive things, you have to ask yourself–are they fools or knaves? Or both?

    IDF and Israel Prison Service preparing for the release of terrorists on Saturday as part of the hostage deal, and they will be shown a video depicting the extent of the destruction in the Gaza Strip.

    As part of the preparations for Saturday’s release of terrorists as part of the hostage release deal, the IDF and the Israel Prison Service will screen a three-minute video for the terrorists who are being released, depicting the extent of the destruction in the Gaza Strip.

    The video will be shown on large screens just before the release of the terrorists, with the goal of deterring and illustrating to the prisoners the reality on the ground.

    Security sources explained that many of these prisoners have barely been exposed to what is happening outside the prison walls, and they might not be aware of the scale of damage caused in Gaza due to the fighting.

    This move follows the distribution of bracelets to the terrorists who were released last Saturday, inscribed in Hebrew and Arabic with the message: “The eternal nation does not forget, I will pursue my enemies and overtake them” – a message intended to strengthen the sense of deterrence and convey a firm message.

    Saturday’s phase of the hostage deal will see the release of hostages Or Levy, Eli Sharabi and Ohad Ben Ami after 491 days in Hamas captivity.

    Hamas said on Friday evening that Israel is expected to free 183 terrorists in exchange for the release of the three hostages, including 18 who have been serving life sentences, 54 serving long sentences and 111 who were detained in the Gaza Strip during the war.

  2. Time for a little craftiness.
    1) A third of the Gaza population are named Masri/ Misri so insist to Egypt on their right of return to their grandparents land. These families were economic migrants to Palestine and its labour market under the Mandate. When the 1948 war got hot they sought to sit it out at home in Egypt but Farouk the Crook shut the frontier. That is the first 700 000 catered for – simply put all of them across the Egyptian border.
    2) Under the Mandate a fifth of all the population were assorted Christians. These have had a rough time since the Oslo PA dumped on them in Judea and Samaria so in exchange for Moslems from Samaria and Judea going East to Jordan let the Christian families who fled in 1948 return – provided the have documentation and wish to.
    3) Encourage the Christians to revive Aramaic
