As he notes, this last reduces the 190,000 to 95,000 dead and wounded. I would guess this includes 20,000 to 25,000 dead; and most of the wounded have recovered and returned to duty.
I agree that this war is a meatgrinder for Ukraine, a bonanza for globalist arms manufacturers & merchants and criminal intermediates, and a chance for both Russia and NATO to field test their wares on real human flesh and blood.
