I firmly believe that Pres Trump won the election in a landslide. But can he prove it?
I think the answer is “yes”.
Let me remind you that the standard of proof is the balance of probabilities rather than beyond a reasonable doubt as in criminal cases.
After listening to the synopsis of the case and the evidence assembled as presented by Giuliani and Powell, I believe that they will easily surpass this standard.
Giuliani, took it upon himself to explain the prevalence of systemic fraud. I believe the case he laid out, and will lay out in greater detail to the court, is unassailable.
Similarly, with the case that the use of the tallying machines and the software that Powell laid out was intrinsic to the fraud. She will prove this beyond a reasonable doubt.
While Trump’s law brigade, is continuing to amass evidence and file additional lawsuits in other states, it is continuing to fight for a winning majority of votes in each contested state. To this end it is demanding a full audit and recount of the vote in which all legal votes are counted and all fraudulent votes are identified and tossed out. No doubt he will succeed here as well, in a number of states, perhaps even enough to amass 270 certified electoral votes.
Arizona has said it won’t certify until all the lawsuits are finished. Plus vote in Maricopa country are being recounted. Victory is expected here as well.
In Wisconsin, Trump has paid $3 million for a recount and fully expects that it will result in winning Wisconsin. Yes I know some officials in Wisconsin are trying to stymie him.
Michigan and Pennsylvania both, will also go to Trump when all is said and done or at a minimum will not be certified to Biden. There are over 800,000 votes that Republicans didn’t have the opportunity to observe. DiGenova says that the only remedy is to subtract these ballots from Biden’s total. Also this is a US Supreme Court issue. Thus Trump gets both states. One more thing, Michigan Secretary of State Announces Post-Election Audit in Wayne County
Georgia is fighting hard to resist a full audit of the ballots. It is acknowledged that its recount will not suffice to restore the state to Trump so Trump is filing a new lawsuit in GA today similar to the one file in MI and PA.
As a bonus, Nevada looks very promising for Trump and he is looking into New Mexica as well. Maybe even Virginia.
Steady as she goes. Nothing to worry about.
To you worry warts, if Trump doesn’t succeed in getting to 270 certified electoral votes, can he prevent Biden from them? Again, Trump has an easier path to these states than Biden does because Trump’s claim is based on reality and Biden’s is based on fraud.
Thus if no one gets to 270, then the US House of Representatives will elect the next president in a special vote in which Republicans get at least 26 votes and Democrats have 22 votes or less.
VICTORY
