How lovely was the coincidence in the week of the New Year between Pope Donald’s papal bull forbidding the Jews from owning and ruling in the heart of the Holyland, Samaria and Judea, with the weekly Torah reading, Deuteronomy Chapter 31, that begins with Moses in his last hours charging the people camping on the east bank, with the command to be strong and brave in crossing the river to conquer the Canaanites. How charming the coincidence between this weekly reading and Pope Donald’s edict betraying the Jewish people by denying them the right to the identical real estate Moses had in mind.
The day before, President Trump delivered an epic speech in the UN that deserves highest praise, in which he exhibited an extraordinary grasp of global affairs while exposing the sham of the global warming cultists, and the menace of mob migrations.
But then he had to ruin it all for Jews by declaring that Judea and Samaria must not belong to them exclusively.
His arrogance came to light even earlier in the Iron Swords War when he proposed the U.S. take over the Gaza Strip to turn it into an Israeli version of the French Riviera, presumably replete with gambling casinos and half-naked show girls. Sorry, but Gaza is part of the Promised Land and it is for the Jewish people to decide its future. Trump is not the first American Christian to believe he has a proprietary claim on owning the Holy Land. Yes, their support of Israel is a blessing, but they don’t fight and die for this country.
An even earlier sample of his arrogance was his first-term, much-touted “Deal of the Century” that went nowhere, designed by his son-in-law Jared Kushner who was a twelve-year-old boy when the Marxists Rabin and Peres shook the bloody hands of the Muslim Jew-killers on the White House lawn, and whose CV showed no knowledge of the history of the Muslim war against Israel. Kushner drew up a map that was ridiculous.
And now his father-in-law, according to the media, is advised again by Kushner, now Tony Blair too, the fool who imported into the UK masses of Muslims in the name of becoming a more multi-culti society.
How lovely to read in the weekly portion Moses’s last prose oration before bestowing on Jewish posterity his last poem, and his charge to occupy and take over President Trump’s “West Bank” as he stabs Israel in the back with this medieval prohibition on where Jews are permitted to rule, and where they cannot.
According to The Wall Street Journal and other media, Trump’s peace plan also includes a “phased Israeli withdrawal” from Gaza, followed by Arab and Muslim-majority nations administering the Strip.
This plan could not be more immoral and anti-Israel. It denies proper retribution for the behavior of the Muslims there.
For most of Israel’s seventy-seven years since 1948, the Strip has been a font of, first, religious “fedayeen” terrorists. Then they morphed into fake “Palestinian nationalist freedom-fighters.” There likely was not one year in Israel’s history without Gaza Arabs spilling Jewish blood.
Over thousands of years, there was no such thing as the “Gaza Strip.” In 1948, the Egyptian army launched an invasion the day Israel declared independence with the intent of exterminating the infant state. During the war, some two hundred thousand migrant workers from all over Araby ran behind Egyptian lines in the belief the Egyptians would kill all the Jews and then they could loot all the wealth the Zionists had created over a half-century of restoring the land to habitability; as on October 7, 2023 the thousands of armed murderers, rapists and mutilators were followed by thousands of looters.
Only, the Egyptian army was blocked by the heroic kibbutzniks in Yad Mordechai, a ceasefire was negotiated, and a line drawn around the Egyptian force. Voila, the Gaza Strip was born, with the migrant workers marooned inside. The Arab states uniformly refused to assume responsibility for them with the argument that it was the UN that allowed the Jews to free themselves from the Muslim tyranny they had known since the beginning of Islam, so the UN was responsible for these war refugees.
Hence, the creation of UNRWA to care for these “Arab refugees.” Until the 1960s, these people were called that generically by the UN and all Arab and Muslim states because they were a mixed bag from all over Araby. Not until 1970 was there even one UN resolution referencing a “Palestinian people” because until then, there was nothing “Palestinian” about these people.
Then came the Marxists’ Oslo process that led to the evacuation in 1994 of all Israelis, settlers and military, from two-thirds of the Strip, which led in 2005 to its complete transfer to the enemy, and eventually in 2007 to control by the Muslim Brotherhood (Hamas), an organization founded in 1928 having nothing to do with statehood for “Palestinians” since in that year the only people called “Palestinians” were Zionist Jews. To this day, the Brotherhood cares nothing for a state for “Palestinians.” It strives to destroy Israel as another conquest in the imperial spread of Islam and destruction of all religions over the whole earth.
Since 2007, Israel has endured endless violence out of the Strip, with the IDF involved in numerous operations leading up to today’s “Iron Swords War.”
But since the founding Zionists aspired to create a normal nation, perhaps it is time for Israel to declare the normal goal of victory, of driving the enemy Muslims completely out of the Strip and claiming the real estate as the spoils of war. Isn’t that the history of wars? “To the victor goes the spoils.” He takes land, and the enemy loses land.
Indeed, one of the mysteries of the Zionist state is that since 1967, it has never claimed ownership of all the land “from the river to the sea” — Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza Strip — as recognized legally in international law in no less the Charter of the United Nations of 1945 that absorbed the League of Nations’ 1922 Mandate for Palestine which recognized Palestine for its “historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine” and the “grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country.”
President Trump’s plan foresees the Arabs (!) continuing to rule in Gaza and, one assumes, which is faulty moral and strategic thinking.
In effect, his plan calls for no territorial price to be paid by the Muslims for their murderous aggression since 1949. The president foresees a “negotiated peace plan’ in the words of envoy Witkoff, that he believes “addresses Israeli concerns and the concerns of neighbors in the region.”
And I ask, in an argument between someone with “concerns,” in this case Israel’s “security concerns,” and the other who claims his ancient homeland was stolen by the one with “concerns,” who wins that argument? Absent from the Trump-Witkoff plan is any concern for Jewish Israel’s rights (!) which should include evicting from the Strip the enemy people and keeping the territory.
Early in the Jewish Bible, Chapter 9, the Almighty instituted capital punishment for murder. This occurred after the great Flood, and one assumes that before the Flood, there was no capital punishment, no “law and order” at all. Capital punishment instituted the principle of making “the punishment fit the crime.” The murderer unjustly took another man’s life? He loses his.
Tragically for Israel, its post-religious founding fathers jettisoned Jewish law in imitation of the gentiles’ “enlightened” view that capital punishment was old-fashioned.
Hence, Israel to this day supports Muslim Jew-killers in its security prisons with sufficient food, free medical care, even leisure and entertainment (TV and radio); some 500 murderers sentenced to life imprisonment that constitute the excuse the enemy uses to kidnap and torture in order to free them. If Israel had been more Jewish and had executed them, there would be no “lifers” for their barbaric soulmates to kidnap in order to free them.
The Jewish concept of mida kaneged mida (plagiarized by Shakespeare) “measure for measure” should also apply to the Gaza Strip. The powers there publicly and shamelessly have declared their goal of killing all the Jews in Israel and of course confiscating all the wealth they have created over the last century and a half; so Israel has the right to dispossess the Muslims of the Gaza Strip and keep it, as surely as the American West – the future states of California, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and even more – was taken in war with Mexico.
The punishment for decades of murder by Gazans should be their expulsion and Israel keeping the entire Strip.
Following the Second World War, Russia kept a chunk of eastern Poland and justified doing so because Russian soldiers had fought, died and were buried there. Likewise, Israeli soldiers have fought and died in Gaza, and to withdraw as Trump wants, demeans their sacrifice.
The sky will not fall if Israel asserts its right in international law and historic custom to claim the Gaza as Israeli territory, and as a legitimate landlord has the right to evict unwanted tenants, especially since these have proven themselves repeatedly to be savage, sadistic, mutilators, rapists, homicidal, antisemitic Jew-killers.
Any Israeli concern for the welfare of the people in Gaza, as a “negotiated” future implies, is an abomination.

This is unconscionable. Trump seems like a new Nero. He forgets that although the closest of allies, Israel is an independent, Sovereign State with both legal and much more rights to the whole of Israel, right from the Sea to the River Jordan.
The PM must gently point out, as he masterfully can, that it is in Israel’s WORST interest.
In A7 Trump says “The area must be ruled by those living there”, not seeming to realise that this would be a poisoned dagger right through Israel’s heart. 1 and a 1/2 bloodthirsty, utterly corrupt festering terrorists, sworn to destroy all Jews. And right up to this minute trying to do it.
They are just itinerant, transferred, illegally entered Arabs from various parts of the Ottoman Empire, who never have kept a single agreement , breaking it within hours.
Trump….BACK OFF…….!!!!!!!!
This 21 point plan is a Hamas wish list. It is a plan for total surrender for Israel.
I cannot imagine that Bibi Netanyahu will feel constrained to agree to it. I also cannot imagine how it could be modified to become acceptable to Israel unless everything were taken out of it except the return of the hostages.
It’s DOA.
It is a very Islamic document, in the sense that the idea of “compromise” or “negotiation” to Muslims is, “You give me everything I want then we can negotiate.”
Israel must define her boundaries, annex Judea and Samaria, retain Gaza and be the military force overseeing the remaining population because there will be plenty of Hamas members within the “civilian” population, and they will need to be weeded out. The Arab countries can no more be counted on to protect Israel’s security than a fox can be counted on to protect a henhouse.
History will note the shameful disregard for the needs of the country that was massacred at the start of the war in this document.
@EvRe1 I’ve been reminded a lot of

There is a major problem with the conclusion of this article: which court could hand down a judgement that declared Israel’s right to war-gained land? There is no such court except God’s and most of the population of the world.refuse to accept it. The only remaining way to get that land and keep it is by force. As we have seen in the past, Israel’s internationally accepted borders are actually cease-fire lines and even they are disputed daily. The borders will not be set by other agreements than cease-fire agreements reached when Israel’s enemies seek a “human” as a means to rearm and regroup for the next attempt to gain control of Israeli territory.
The word “human” in my previous comment should actually be “hudna”.
Did you read this paragraph?
“Indeed, one of the mysteries of the Zionist state is that since 1967, it has never claimed ownership of all the land “from the river to the sea” — Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza Strip — as recognized legally in international law in no less the Charter of the United Nations of 1945 that absorbed the League of Nations’ 1922 Mandate for Palestine which recognized Palestine for its “historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine” and the “grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country.”
It would be poetic justice to use the antisemitic UN Charter to validate Israeli rule from the river to the sea.
@dreuveni
Israel maintaining a stand on extending sovereignty is what stands between the success and failure of the hudna’s that you speak about. This is why every measure of determination and manipulation is being brought to bear against Israel making such a stand. Yet, if we are to keep our state, we must act as if we actually have a state and extend Israeli law across the whole of Israeli lands as it applies to Israeli citizens. Failing to do so not only legitimizes in perpetuity the concept of Israeli borders being ceasefire lines, it further delegitimizes Israeli sovereignty, both in general across the nation, and in particular to the disputed lands which we at least should not provide any support to their being disputed.
Extending sovereignty is not an option to be considered, but the only solution which perpetuates Israel’s salvation in its actual borders. As Amb. Friedman noted some years ago, if Israel will not choose the borders of her own nation, others will do it for her, much to her regret.
I completely agree. None of the territories under discussion – Gaza, Judaea and Samaria – are Trump’s to dispose of as he sees fit, or as his Arab clients wish. Israel must retain control and extend her sovereignty over all of them in order to remain safe and secure for the future. Failure to do so will end in catastrophe and the great sacrifices made by the IDF and the hostages will have been in vain. I pray Israel listens to the voice of G-d and not that of Trump at this time.
