Trump’s “Plan B” for Gaza Just Dropped — and Everyone’s Losing It

Peloni: Rabbi Pesach Wolicki makes the case that the plan being suggested in a recent report by Axios where the Gazans will be housed in the Israeli controlled part of Gaza is actually provided for in Trump’s original plan under Point #17.  The only distinction is that Point 17 explicitly states that the Gazans will be held in territories which the IDF transfer to the ISF, the proposed Arab armed force for which the composition is still highly obscure.   So, as Israel has fulfilled its part of the Trump plan, withdrawing even further than indicated, the Arabs states and Hamas have each failed to honor their part of the deal, something which should surprise few.  Yet, the consequence of this is that the IDF controlled territory is now to harbor what the Trump’s 20 point plan describes as New Gaza.  In other words, Israel evacuated from its forward positions, only to be burdened with controlling the territory on which the Gazans, some thousands of which participated in October 7, will now be housed.  This is not only significantly different from what Trump’s 20 point plan called for, it defies the very reason which Netanyahu ostensibly gave for not wanting the IDF to control Gaza throughout the war, ie, that the IDF would have to patrol the Gazan people.

Think of Gaza as an open air prison. We need to get the population growth of dwellers there under control. Suggest birth control pills in the water system. – like pigeons in NYC.
