    Puerto Ricans are fully U.S. citizens. Voting for national office is by state so Puerto Rico doesn’t vote for national office but individual Puerto Ricans can move to the U.S. at will and once resident in a state can vote for national office so it’s a flawed analogy.

    That being said, I support applying Jewish sovereignty over Judea, Samaria, and Gaza, and any territory from which Israel is invaded. Israel can’t annex what already legally belongs to Israel/the Jewish people since San Remo and historically for the last 3,800 years. Jews do not have equality or even the right to live in most cases, in any Muslim entity. Even as legal residents, Arabs have more rights in Israel than they do in any Arab country and full civil rights in any case. In some cases, as in the Temple Mount, Jews are discriminated against! Which is wrong.

    Also the Waqf is deliberately destroying Jewish history. Israel is not the U.S. Voluntary Arab emigration should be incentivized but those who remain should not be in a position to vote the Jewish state out of existence. And there needs to be a way of making sure that the Arabs of Yesha will not use free access to Israel to commit more killings.

    A combination of Dr. Mordechai Kedar’s Emirates plan which we see unfolding here, possibly at Prime Minister Netanyahu’s initiative, and Professor Stephen Plaut’s white and black villages based on violence or its absence idea might work. If it ever materializes, the Jordan Option of Mudhar Zahran and the late Ted Belman would be a good addition.

    In the meantime, the PA is illegally trying to change the facts on the ground and that needs to be countered with Jewish settlement, which is also the only disincentive to this Islamist death cult. Possession is 90 percent of the law, as the saying goes.
