Your Excellency President El-Sisi,
Today I will explain to your people everything that has happened since you took power.
- El-Sisi was not a coup against the Muslim Brotherhood, but a Chinese coup against British-Western rule in Egypt.
- Mubarak is the husband of a British woman, and the Brotherhood are the children of British intelligence. And China brought El-Sisi and overthrew the Brotherhood with the support of Obama, who is aligned with China.
- China wants to control Egypt in order to complete its Silk Road project and turn Egypt into a low-cost production hub, closer in shipping distance to Europe.
- The collapse of the Egyptian pound was deliberately done under Chinese orders to President El-Sisi, aiming to reduce Egyptian wages so that China can turn Egypt into a massive factory with labor cheaper than its own workers.
- To implement Chinese orders, El-Sisi began taking huge loans from China for useless projects — like the New Administrative Capital.
- In this way, President El-Sisi mortgaged Egypt to China for more than a hundred years, and all of it was intentional. The policy of hunger and impoverishment is deliberate, and it is China’s approach in every country it controls — Venezuela is the same example.
- Do you understand what is happening, Egyptians? China occupied Egypt through El-Sisi.
- Now there is Chinese intelligence controlling Egyptian military intelligence, the presidential palace, and the president’s office — meaning China controls the entire country.
- And I say to Egyptian President El-Sisi: China has tricked you and wants to drag you into a war with Israel. They say you will win and that they will support you — but the truth is they are using you to delay the destruction of their puppet, Iran.
- I tell President El-Sisi: Your turn comes right after the King of Jordan. We know you are planning an open war against us in Sinai. And we know you are still smuggling weapons to Hamas to this day.
- You believe it will be a swift war, and that China will protect you, Your Excellency, and push your army into Sinai, despite violating the peace agreement between us.
- Fine, Your Excellency — take this from Azraq Al-Yamamah:
In the near future, the Egyptian army will be hit twice — once by us, with direct participation from America, and a second time by the Egyptian people themselves, who will drag army officers out of their homes in Fifth Settlement and Sixth of October in their Thursday night outfits. - The Chinese will abandon the Egyptian army at the first confrontation.
We will drive the Egyptian army out in their old slippers.
We will take Sinai again, and it will become part of a Palestinian state with Jordan — and Sinai will never return to Egypt. - Here I bring you certainty, Your Excellency — this is the future that China will not be able to change. It is a decision, not a possibility:

Sir, your boys got out of hand, and now I’m forced to respond to them.
- A warning to the top three officials at the Central Bank of Egypt. The President is considering getting rid of you permanently because you are eyewitnesses to the embezzlement by His Excellency the Egyptian President.
- 1.25 billion is the account balance of the President’s second wife — in banks in the UAE and Switzerland.
Justice is a condition of polygamy with consent. And only what is right is acceptable.
This is just the first batch.
Would you like me to continue, sir? - The President’s son, Mr. Mahmoud El-Sisi — those tapes, we have them. What a disgrace. How do you let girls do that to you, son of His Excellency the President? Are you still considered a man?!!!!!!
The “madam” is still in our pocket — just like Mortada Mansour. - Your Excellency the Egyptian President, where did the $8 billion Chinese loan go? It didn’t even stay 12 hours in the Central Bank — wake up, people!

Rabbi Herzog is a courtier in the court of Saudi crown prince MBS, and often acts as an informal spokesman for the prince. They done useful wotk as a line of communication between Saudi Arabia and Israel, which do not have diplomatic relations.However, when he addresses the internal affairs and/or foreign policies of nations other than Israel, is is important to remember that he is expressing the opinions of MBS, not independently verifiable facts. Saudi Arabia and Egypt have had a rocky rellationship for some time. Rabbi Herzog’s attack on e;-Sisi and the late President Mubarak reflect MBS’s views. Saudi Arabia gave financial support to Egypt for decades, but was dismayed that much of the money it lent or gave to Egypt was not used to benefit the Egypian people, but was siphened off by corrupt Egyptian officials into their private bank accounts, real estate purchases, etc. Rabbi herzog’s condemnation of el-Sisi reflects the anger of the rabbi’s “master,” MBS, at al-Susi and the entire Egyptian ruling class.

I would and do argue, in part, what you have stated here, with the caveat that all that Herzog states is not entirely unverifiable fact, as Sebastien noted in a comment yesterday. His comments are, and always have been, The Voice of MBS, as our good friend Ted described in his essay of that title last year.
Importantly, while these comments are coming from Herzog, the warnings of war have been made by Wurmser and Hassan among others as well. So, the criticisms of Sisi by Herzog should be understood to represent more than just the dialogue of an angry “master”, as you describe MBS, at Sisi. Sisi has played an important and destabilizing role in the region, and even to this day remains the only US regional ally which has yet to meet with Pres. Trump, and still has indicated no intention of doing so. Keep your eye on Egypt.
Peloni and Adam, thanks for your insight. Rabbi Herzog’s messages seem to prophesy coming events but we are still waiting for proof that he is a true prophet rather than a charlatan. In any event, his messages are interesting and it would bode well for everybody to stay alert.

Herzog is not a prophet, and he has stated that his insights are based on information, not prophesy. Just FYI.
