Many of us have given contributions to this worthy organization and others, like Smile Train, Shriners, St. Jude’s, MDA, and so forth. Some of us have friends in this organization, and are very proud of their work.
But if you’ve followed the activities of Doctors Without Borders related to the Arab-Israeli conflict, there’s no doubt that there’s ben a nasty, one-sided, “woke” anti-Israel bias in their reporting.
Take note in this example below and search for suitable context or Israeli response to the allegations (ain’t there):

War is Hell, and civilians pay the most for it.
The lucky ones are warned before an assault begins—which Arabs and other Arabized jihadis never ever have done when they’ve slaughtered Jews, Kurds, Druse, Assyrian Christians, black Africans, Indian Hindus, North African Amazigh/“Berber,” Egyptian Copts, and so forth.
Over a million German and Japanese civilians were firebombed and nuked because of a war Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany started—the latter killing about 11 million civilians itself, over half of them Jews. And that figure didn’t include Russians.
Unlike any of the above innocents given no warning, Israel dropped millions of leaflets, made thousands of phone calls, and did everything possible to avoid casualties among its genocidal enemies non-combatants.
And many of those Arab “innocents” were not so innocent, and aided and abetted Hamas butchers. They also freely elected it to power knowing full well that its charter calls for the total elimination of the sole, minuscule, resurrected nation of “kilab yahud” Jew dogs…Israel, and the murder of Jews anywhere.
Hamas and Islamic Jihad routinely used apartment buildings, schools, hospitals, mosques, and other civilian facilities to store weapons, launch rockets and mortars and incendiary devices from, dig tunnel entrances into, and so forth.
The Geneva Conventions on War make clear that due to the above, those sites become legitimate targets for retribution.

The fault of any Arab civilian deaths and destruction lie clearly on the shoulders of the genocidal butchers who carried out the mass atrocities of October 7, 2023–Simchat Torah.
By necessity, it needs to be repeated that the equivalent of almost 40,000 innocent American civilians were DELIBERATELY butchered, infants microwaved in ovens, beheaded, gang raped and mutilated, tied together and burned alive, and so forth.
There’s no “moral equivalency” here.

Here’s one of the world’s leading expert’s reports on urban warfare in Gaza to contrast the quoted figures in the DWB’s numbers, which astonishingly believe the taqiyyah (lying for deliberate obfuscation) spouting Hamas-run health ministry figures to be reliable and unbiased.
Doctors Without Borders needs to stick to the great humanitarian work it does, and if it feels a need to get involved politically, it must to be sure it’s getting and relaying both sides of any given conflict’s story accurately.
Doctors Without Borders was also deeply implicated in the blood libel against the Hutu people of Rwanda and Burundi, which is now universally accepted as fact by the entire world. However, my own research into the vicious inter-tribal warfare between the Tutsi and Hutu peoples, conducted totally from “open sources,” has led me to the conclusion that the Tutsis have killed far more Hutus during the past sixty -five years or so that this vicious ethnic conflct has been going on than vice versa. Yet the “international community” still blames the Hutus for “genocite” against the Tutsi, while exempting the Tutsi leadership from all responsibility for their mass murder of the Hutus. Even now, the Hutus refugees in the Republic of the Congo are being blamed by the “international community” and the United Nations monitoring force in the Congo for the chaotic internal strife in that unhappy country, even though the Tutsi-dominated governments of both Rwanda and Burundi are much more deeply involved in the Congo violence.
