Mark begins his Sunday January 28 show with a list of accomplishments which Trump has achieved in the first term of his term,, from Panama to Greenland to Venezuela to the closing of the border to tariffs to economics. In doing so, Mark draws the conclusion that domestic and foreign policies are bound together, and that they are not independent topics which might be ignored entirely while selectively focusing upon exclusively foreign policy or exclusively domestic policy.
He uses the example of Iran to explain this, as supporting the regime change interests in Iran would directly benefit the people of America. Iran is testing missiles which are capable of reaching the entire East coast, thus threatening the American homeland. He recall that Iran has tried to kill Trump at least twice in the past and have been routinely threatening the life of the president over the past weeks. Meanwhile he notes that the regime in Iran is run like a mafia organization, while using Islam as the basis for wielding his totalitarian power. He goes on to describe the manner in which power is delegated in Iran to support and protect the regime at all costs. To deal with this totalitarian regime, Trump has assembled a massive military fleet capable of achieving this goal. It is time to end this regime.
In his second segment, Mark talks with Col. Richard Kemp who suggests that the force which has been assembled in the Middle East is likely sufficient to complete the task of taking out the Iranian leadership. Kemp takes note of the decimating effect which Israel had earlier in the year, and that with this in mind the US should be capable of something similar or even more devastating given the military hardware which has been assembled for the task. Kemp also make the case for ignoring any attempts to negotiate as being intentionally facetious in nature. He asserts that once the assets are in place, there should be no hessitation from eliminating the leadership in Iran.
In his final segment, Mark interviews Gov. DeSantis. Among discussing other matters, they talk about the expansion of Islamists in pockets around the US. Desantis raises the fact that he has designated both CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood as Foreign Terrorist Organizations, but he unfortunately fails to explain why he has yet to act on the powers which are associated with this designation. He does, however, note that there is pending legislation in the Florida State Congress which will grant him further authority in this task.
