What Gain is there if We Kill Our Brother?

Peloni:  President Herzog’s continued attempts to refuse to offer an uncompromising pardon to Bibi belies the political tragedy which has accompanied the weaponizing of legal and judicial norms in the never ending persecution of PM Netanyahu.  More than this, however, as Ari Bussel explains below, it is a fools errand, as Trump is set upon having his way on this matter, and it is unlikely that he will fail in seeing the attempts of the Lawfare driven theatrics continue to compromise his partnership with Israel simply to abate the malicious and fantastical dreams of Herzog’s Leftist allies to see Netanyahu’s successes abruptly ended.

Honorable President Herzog,

The President of the United States is not looking for a dancing partner – you are not his type.  President Trump is also not looking for excuses and failures – he used to rid himself of such nuisance each episode of The Apprentice by announcing to the world “You are Fired!” and that was years ago.

President Trump has treated you with great respect, one you are proving not to deserve.  The President explained to you that it is important for him that the State of Israel would do something he requests; something he views as vital.  He expressed it not once, not twice, not three times, but six times over the past four months.

A reasonable bystander visiting from Mars would have expected you to go out of your way to meet the request; but you hesitated, and played and delayed, confusing respect to a carte blanche to do as you fancy.

Your Excellency, Do you think President Trump cares how you achieve the result or what the cost will be for you (politically or otherwise)? Certainly not. He did not ask for anything impossible. He does not expect miracles. Only a simple execution; not repeated delays and excuses aplenty.  His was not a request; and you refuse to adhere.  You are in no position to say no.

Other fools thought that absolute power is solely in their hands, and that they can show disdain toward or ignore the President of the United States. Take for example one Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, who came without a jacket and a tie to the White House simply because he thought he could and was about to dictate his wants unto the United States?  Should we remind you what happened just earlier this year, how both the President of Venezuela and the Supreme Leader of Iran each on his own felt the wrath of the US President for defying and disobeying him?  Do you also wish to join this very dubious company? For what? To be remembered as a fool who protected a runaway judiciary?  Does the good of the State of Israel not stand before your eyes every minute and every hour, especially at this very time when we find ourselves in the War-of-All-Wars?

Here is a draft prepared especially for you, for ease of execution.  No more excuses.  No more delays.  You were called to action, and who knows, if failure at a time like this will brand you in the history books as responsible for diverting the attention of both the American President and the Israeli Prime Minister from what is so crucial:  saving Western Civilization and reshaping the geopolitical map of the world for generations to come.

For your consideration:

“I, Isaac Herzog, President of the State of Israel, son of Haim Herzog, President of the State of Israel, grant a complete and immediate pardon to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on all counts against him (‘The Thousand Cases’ — Case 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000).  Realizing that the [soon to be former] Islamic Republic of Iran has not yet pardoned the Prime Minister for another most awful wrongdoing, I also include what shall be known hereinafter as Case 5000, for brining the Iranian Nuclear Program Archives from Tehran to Jerusalem without permission and exposing them to the world at a press conference.   [Accolades to the Prime Minister.  The highest award of the State of Israel should be bestowed upon him for that unspeakable “crime.”]

Benjamin Netanyahu is not found guilty. Benjamin Netanyahu bears no disgrace. Benjamin Netanyahu carries no obligation of any kind with respect to these bogus cases. Benjamin Netanyahu has not admitted any guilt in order to receive this pardon. On the contrary — Benjamin Netanyahu denied the charges, and I pardon him knowingly and with a clear mind and purpose.

Benjamin Netanyahu is the prime minister who has served the longest period since the establishment of the modern State of Israel, and for this we all owe him thanks.

Together with this complete and comprehensive, irreversible pardon, I add my sincere personal apology to the Prime Minister  on behalf of the entire Jewish nation  for the suffering and indignity he has endured. This was not justified, and I — the President of the State of Israel, son of a previous President of the State of Israel — in the name of a most grateful nation — recognize his sacrifices so that justice will prevail.

We are in fateful, historic, Biblical times, and the State of Israel cannot allow itself to continue the legal processes until the complete vindication and acquittal of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Therefore I, the President of the State, by the authority granted to me by law, absolutely and exclusively, hereby pardon Benjamin Netanyahu.

Likewise, as President of a member of the family of nations, I wish to take this opportunity to thank wholeheartedly the President of the United States and to express my sincere and deep appreciation for the attention and help that he has showered upon the State of Israel, small and young among the nations. Like Judah in his time (Genesis 37), so President Trump too stands at this time beside Joseph-the-Dreamer-of-Dreams, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and demands that he not be killed.

President Trump, you demanded, and we heard. You reminded us what common sense is. Like a loving brother, you stood your ground, and I — who did not hurry to listen — greatly appreciate you for it.  On my behalf, and in the name of all the people of Israel — thank you.

AM ISRAEL CHAI!  LONG LIVE THE STATE OF ISRAEL AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO PROTECT HIS CHILDREN.”

26 And Judah said to his brothers, “What gain is there if we kill our brother and cover his blood?

27 Come, let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother, our flesh.” And his brothers listened.

  1. I agree that Netanyahu should be relieved of the burden of these fictitious cases against him. I feel that the judiciary has gone far to far along their path of reducing the power of the government to govern. If we consider their antics alongside the capabilities of judiciaries in any other country, we will find that they have amassed too much power in the hands of self-elected judges and are trying to use this power to drive the country to their own benefit rather than that of the electors. This is similar to the power of the KGB and their bosses during the USSR regime or the Mullahs in Iran, not to speak of other “monarchies”.

If we take a step back and think of what would happen if and when Netanyahu is discarded or even imprisoned, the opposition will take over the government but the judiciary will remain the same and continue their antics.
Admittedly, it was the opposition that inserted the current AG in her position that is sacking immune. She would probably side with them but that is no promise.

If allowed to do so, they will command the IDF in all matters, not “just” in whether certain acts of war may be carried out or not. In other words, these unelected judges will decide what Israel is all about. That privilege is God’s alone.

Returning to the issue of a pardon, the President of Israel can pardon a criminal of the punishment he deserves after that judgement has been handed down, but not before then. There is no mechanism in place except in the hands of the government to cause the judiciary, the police and any other do-gooders to change their minds. There is no “executive order” method that can be employed to enforce DJT’s request. That needs to be fixed as quickly as possible, after all the other issues that have been put on hold until common sense can be brought to bear, like how the Supreme Court is selected and so on.

On the other hand, the judges in Netanyahu’s trials have already suggested that the case be dismissed, but the state attorney insists on presenting all the evidence they claim to have. The State attorney is aligned with the judiciary all this time, which explains why a change in the selection of judges is on hold.

As they tell us over and over, noone is above the law, but who is pulling the strings all this time? Is it the Rothschilds or the WEF or some secret organization?
