Integrated Report: Israel, International Law, and Double Standards

1. Mock Israeli UN Declaration (Full, Updated)
Mr. President, Excellencies, Members of this Assembly,
For more than seventy-five years, the State of Israel has endured an endless cycle of condemnation, censure, and delegitimisation in this very chamber. We are told, uniquely among the nations of the world, that our people’s return to their ancestral homeland is conditional, temporary, reversible — that Jewish sovereignty must always be on probation.
Today, Israel says clearly: this charade ends now.
—
1. Annexation and Permanence
Israel hereby affirms its permanent and sovereign claim to Judea, Samaria, the Golan Heights, and Gaza — territories liberated in defensive wars, under existential threat, in full conformity with the principles of justice and historical precedent.
No nation in history has been asked to relinquish lands won in self-defence.
Germany lost East Prussia in 1945; Italy lost South Tyrol in 1919; countless others accepted as final.
Yet Israel alone is told that victory in a defensive war must lead to endless illegitimacy.
From today, these territories are not “occupied” — they are integral parts of the sovereign State of Israel.
—
2. Equal Rights for All Residents
No one will be expelled. Arab residents of these lands may remain as permanent residents. Those who accept the sovereignty of the Jewish state may apply for Israeli citizenship, with full civil rights and responsibilities.
This is not “apartheid.” This is coexistence under one democratic flag.
—
3. The Question of Palestine
If the world truly desires a State of Palestine, let it be created — but not at the expense of Israel’s existence.
Perhaps Spain, which once expelled its Jews in the Inquisition, will donate Majorca, or better yet Al-Andalus — lands once ruled by Muslims and later reconquered. Surely it is not too much to ask that Spain, so zealous in demanding Palestinian sovereignty, set the example with its own soil.
If not Spain, then another generous patron: let China carve a Palestine in Tibet, let Turkey grant one in Anatolia, let Russia create one in Siberia.
—
4. Hypocrisy Laid Bare
The United Nations has tolerated:
Turkey’s occupation of Northern Cyprus.
China’s annexation of Tibet.
Russia’s seizure of Crimea.
In all these cases, condemnation is muted, temporary, or forgotten. Only in Israel’s case is “occupation” made eternal, a crime without pardon.
Let us name this for what it is: not law, not principle, but prejudice — the sick legacy of millennia of Jew-hatred, now paraded as international diplomacy.
—
5. Declaration of Solidarity
Furthermore, the State of Israel expresses solidarity with all peoples who aspire to self-determination and independence, consistent with the principles we uphold for our own sovereignty.
Tibet: We recognize the legitimate aspirations of the Tibetan people to preserve their cultural identity, autonomy, and historical heritage.
Scotland: We acknowledge the democratic right of the Scottish people to determine their own constitutional future.
Catalonia: We support the principle that the Catalan people may seek, through peaceful and democratic means, self-governance consistent with their identity and history.
Kurdistan: We affirm the legitimate aspirations of the Kurdish people to self-determination, cultural preservation, and autonomy, free from foreign occupation.
Israel calls on the international community to apply the same standards universally: if self-determination is a right for some, it must not be denied selectively. The universality of these rights strengthens justice, peace, and stability worldwide.
—
6. Conclusion
Israel will no longer bow to the double standards of this Assembly.
We will not apologise for existing.
We will not retreat from our history.
We will not be the world’s scapegoat.
If there is to be a Palestine, let it be elsewhere.
Here, in the land of Israel, there is already a state — the State of Israel — permanent, indivisible, and free.

2. Mock Israeli Press Release (Aligned)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Jerusalem —
The Government of Israel announces today the permanent annexation of Judea, Samaria, the Golan Heights, and Gaza into the sovereign territory of the State of Israel.
No resident will be expelled. Arab residents may remain with full civil rights, and those who accept Israeli sovereignty may apply for citizenship.
If the world insists there must be a “State of Palestine,” let it be created elsewhere. Spain, which expelled its Jews in the Inquisition, may offer Majorca or Al-Andalus. Others are free to do the same. But Israel’s homeland is not up for partition.
The Government of Israel also expresses solidarity with all peoples who aspire to self-determination and independence, including:
Tibet,
Scotland,
Catalonia,
Kurdistan,
and urges the international community to uphold these principles universally.
The United Nations tolerates Turkey in Cyprus, China in Tibet, and Russia in Crimea. Only Israel is denied the right to secure borders and peace. This is prejudice disguised as diplomacy.
Israel will no longer apologise for its existence. Here, in the land of Israel, there is already a state — the State of Israel — permanent, indivisible, and free.

3. Comparative Territorial Table

Judea & Samaria (West Bank) Defensive war, 1967 UN labels “occupied,” settlements “illegal” Defensive conquest legitimized Only defensive territory treated as “illegal”
Gaza Strip Defensive war 1967; withdrawal 2005 UN treats as occupied; blockades criticised Self-defense control legitimized Israel uniquely blamed
Golan Heights Defensive war 1967; annexed 1981 Limited recognition; mostly condemned Defensive acquisition accepted Others rarely condemned
East Prussia / Kaliningrad WWII, annexed USSR/Poland UN accepts borders Defensive conquest legitimized No ongoing occupation narrative
South Tyrol Post-WWI annexed by Italy Accepted as sovereign War changes treated as final Example of consistency ignored for Israel
Gibraltar Captured 1704; ceded 1713 UN mostly silent Treaty-recognized conquest legitimate No “illegal occupation” claims
Northern Cyprus Turkey occupies 1974 Condemned, limited recognition; tolerated Occupation illegal UN muted; Turkey faces little consequence
Tibet Annexed by China 1950 Limited attention Occupation illegal China veto blocks enforcement
Crimea Annexed by Russia 2014 Condemned, Russia retains control Occupation illegal Minimal enforcement; control remains
Kosovo Seceded from Serbia 2008 Partial recognition Self-determination legitimized Selective recognition mirrors Israel
Palestine Never fully sovereign Widely recognized diplomatically Should meet Montevideo criteria Historical non-existence ignored
Western Sahara Moroccan occupation post-1975 UN recognizes claims; weak enforcement Occupation illegal Morocco largely tolerated
Ceuta & Melilla Spanish territories UN mostly silent Captured territories normally legit Little pressure on Spain
Falklands / Malvinas British retention post-1982 UN calls for negotiation Defensive conquest legitimized Argentina protests ignored
African Insurgencies Rebel/anti-colonial wars UN selectively tolerates Self-determination vs integrity Arbitrary intervention
Pakistan Created 1947 from India Recognized sovereign state Partition legitimized Religious partition accepted
Jordan Established 1946 Recognized sovereign state Post-WWI state creation accepted Israel treated differently
Bangladesh Independence from Pakistan 1971 Recognized sovereign state Secession legitimate Other secessions face opposition
Al-Andalus / Majorca (hypothetical) Proposed “New Palestine” Would never be recognized Self-determination universal Exposes double standard

I know a way which won’t require telling the truth tellers from the liars: hangliders.
Launch them over the heads of the Egyptian military massing in Sinai on hangliders!
Talk about poetic justice.
So, checkpoints would be illegal in the event that this population that has been brainwashed to kill Jews decides to check off the right multiple choice box, I presume. Taqqiya is unimaginable I suppose.
Israeli Arab citizens lived under martial law from 1949 to 1966.
There are many countries that only allow foreigners to have legal resident status with rare exceptions.
Even absent terrorism, how safe would it be for this enemy alien population to vote, serve in the Knesset, serve as judges, broadcasters, educators, etc.
Jews would still be a majority but a much smaller one.
They should have the status of legal residents with the understanding that they should receive citizenship elsewhere, even for those that stay. And voluntary emigration should still be encouraged. *
The Jordan Option would accomplish that.
* And add at least one other m to emigration. Immigration has two! The equation is unbalanced.
Good overall, with one HUGE error — Crimea.
Crimea was never rightfully Ukrainian.
There never was an Ukrainian majority in Crimea, at all times there have been between twice as many to 8 times as many Russians as Ukrainians in Crimea.
Crimean population had every bit as much right to separate themselves from Ukraine as have Catalonia, Tibet, and other occupied territories.
Other than that, there should also be a mention of Turkish genocide and the demand that Turkey gives the respective territories to nations that they exterminated between 1914 and 1111924: Armenians, Greeks, and Assyrians.
In particular Turkey should give Constantinople back to Greece.
That was brilliant! I too wish that Bibi had said those words at the UN and more importantly, acted on them. Thanks for that Steve!
