A Strategy to Contend with Growing Antisemitism and the Delegitimization of Israel

Peloni:  Highly recommended video! This video includes discussions relating to proposed strategies put forward for Israel’s future security.  It includes Michal Cotler-Wunsh, Israel’s Special Envoy for Combating Antisemitism, Adam Milstein – Israeli- American philanthropist and thought leader, and Prof. Alan Dershowitz – Renowned American jurist, Harvard Law professor emeritus, and is hosted by Brig. Gen. (res.) Yossi Kuperwasser, Head of JISS.

Particular attention should be paid to Dershowitz’ statement beginning at 39min and the discussion which follows.  Dershowitz explains that the world’s return to widespread Jew Hatred is not the exception, but is the norm which has been experienced throughout world history.  He also notes that we should expect that US support for Israel will will be significantly diminished over the next decade, noting that it has already lost the support of the Democrats, and if VP Vance advances to lead the Republicans, being a member of the isolationist wing of the Republicans, support for Israel will likely be significantly scaled back.  Due to this fact, Israel must develop a self sufficient arm industry to support itself going forward.  Much more to gained in this very important conversation.

  1. ? Sephora just dropped Huda Beauty from its major fall “Experts” campaign, after Huda Kattan spread vile antisemitic conspiracy theories on TikTok, blaming Israel for both World Wars, 9/11, and even the Hamas massacre on October 7.

Her video was so extreme, even TikTok removed it.

Now she’s claiming she was “misunderstood”? No. We understood her perfectly.

This isn’t a “misunderstood opinion.” It’s dangerous hate, and Sephora cutting ties shows that antisemitism has consequences… although it took them a concerning amount of time to act.

  2. PALESTINE FLAG RISES AT ROSSINI FESTIVAL
    NEWS

    August 21, 2025
A critic at the Rossini Festival in Pesaro informs us that an enormous Palestine flag was unfurled across the entire stage on the closing night of Cambiale de Matrimonio. Our observer says: ‘After the enthusiastic applause for everyone including the conductor, suddenly a huge Palestinian flag came down covering the whole stage from left to right and halfway down so that the soloists could still be seen. I was so shocked that I walked out as soon as I saw it. It was far far worse than what happened at the Royal Opera house, because obviously the stage crew at the very least were in it.’

Pesaro is apparently twinned with the Gaza town of Rafah.

Fourteen years ago there were ructions at Pesaro when the British director Graham Vick reimagined Mose in Egitto with Jews as the oppressors and Moases as a Bin-Laden-type terrorist. Vick remained defiantly proud of his concept, earning himself a ban from Israeli Opera.

  3. NYT uncritically reports NJ schul burned to the ground this morning and that the mayor says there’s no evidence “it was criminal in nature” though it’s under investigation, while noting that:

“The synagogue was attacked in January 2012 by a 19-year-old man on a bicycle who threw a Molotov cocktail at the building. He also was charged with firebombing a synagogue in Paramus.”

My comment: If it happened just this morning and it’s under investigation, why does the mayor have an opinion?

  4. I agree wholeheartedly with what Alan Dershowitz says: Israel should be fully independent because Jew-hatred (aka: “antisemitism”) is not going away perhaps forever.
However, what I consider to be key facts: the leftists and other died-in-the-wool Jew-haters, have more or less totally aligned themselves with the jihadists world-wide. This alliance is (to me) highly repugnant as it probably is to most logically-thinking people of the world, although I notice that what seems to be “world-wide” is made to seem so by our illustrious press and other propagandist factors. The open lies are what strongly contribute to what we see now… Then there’s the imminent danger (see Western Europe) that the knife whose hand they support, will soon be bearing down on their respective populations’ throats.
I could add to this the ongoing attitude of the Church of Rome (to which I’ve alluded many times before). As long as (many, but not all) Christians follow the Catholic dogma set up by Jew-hating emperors like Constantine, the whole idea of Jews being intrinsically “cursed” is going add to the current world situation. I have to add that there are other direct ways to worship than those imposed by this church, a church that hid from its members for many centuries the fact that “Jesus” was a Jew; apparently the only Jew that wasn’t cursed…
Perhaps it’s time for the church to make a choice: Jews or jihadists…
