Assessing the Armenia-Azerbaijan Agreement

Peloni:  Hudson Institute Research Fellow Zineb Riboua moderates a conversation between Hudson Institute Senior Fellow Michael Doran and Damjan Krnjevi? Miškovi?, professor of practice at Azerbaijan’s ADA University and editor of the policy journal Baku Dialogues, regarding the many aspects of the Armenia Azerbaijan Agreement.  In this discussion they explain that this agreement, despite being between Armenia and Azerbaijan, raises the political capital of Turkey and Azerbaijan, at the expense of the Iranians and to perhaps a lesser extent Russia.  First half of the interview covers the most important portion of the discussion.
