…State, Local Governments Must Act

100 Percent Fed Up reports – Throughout the election, Donald Trump was battered by CCP Virus statistics in order to hurt the American economy and his political campaign. We know that it was shamelessly wielded as a political weapon to prevent President Trump and his supporters from rallying as Antifa and Black Lives Matter burned progressive poor and minority neighborhoods to the ground throughout the entire year. Now that Biden has been installed into the office of president, he promises to increase Covid lockdown measures and extend them further into your ability to travel and force unscientific mask-wearing for at least 100 days.
But, a new peer reviewed study has been released that finds the CDC numbers to be so wildly unsupported as to be pure propaganda that is based on wholly unscientific practices that were needlessly created on-the-spot.
“THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) STANDS ACCUSED OF VIOLATING FEDERAL LAW BY INFLATING CORONAVIRUS FATALITY NUMBERS, ACCORDING TO STUNNING INFORMATION OBTAINED BY NATIONAL FILE.
CDC illegally inflated the COVID fatality number by at least 1,600 percent as the 2020 presidential election played out, according to a study published by the Public Health Initiative of the Institute for Pure and Applied Knowledge. The study, “COVID-19 Data Collection, Comorbidity & Federal Law: A Historical Retrospective,” was authored by Henry Ealy, Michael McEvoy, Daniel Chong, John Nowicki , Monica Sava, Sandeep Gupta, David White, James Jordan , Daniel Simon, and Paul Anderson.”
The study is 25 pages long with over 100 citations. However, the main main points can be summarized.
A major point is that testing inaccuracies and unreliability combined with unscientific procedures and methods resulted in demonstrably massive false-positive spikes:
“The CDC is now legally requiring red-blooded Americans to wear face masks on all public transportation as globalists try to push the concept of “double-masking” on the populace. Since the election, the World Health Organization admits that PCR tests are not totally reliable on the first try and a second test might be needed. This corresponds with CDC’s quiet admission that it blended viral and antibody test results for its case numbers and that people can test positive on an antibody test if they have antibodies from a family of viruses that cause the common cold. Hospitals in Florida had so many accuracy complications that Orlando Health had to admit that its 9.4 percent positivity rate got recorded at 98 percent. There are also profound legal implications raised by the study that need to be dealt with in courts around the country if America is to ever be free again. The data you have been spoonfed by the CDC for a year raises serious legal issues. Much like the 2020 election, massive changes in rules for reporting and collecting data were instituted exclusively for Covid which resulted in a 1600% inflated number of fatalities:<

But that is not all. Other major Covid collection and reporting standards created on March 24th of 2020 that inexplicably and intentionally changed decades old practices in order to hide comorbidities and preexisting health conditions on death reports. These underlying health conditions may likely have been the actual or most important cause of death:
“On March 24th the CDC published the NVSS COVID-19 Alert No. 2 document instructing medical examiners, coroners, and physicians to deemphasize underlying causes of death, also referred to as pre-existing conditions or comorbidities, by recording them in Part II rather than Part I of death certificates as “…the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause of death more often than not.” This was a major rule change for death certificate reporting from the CDC’s 2003 Coroners’ Handbook on Death Registration and Fetal Death Reporting and Physicians’ Handbook on Medical Certification of Death, which have instructed death reporting professionals nationwide to report underlying conditions in Part I for the previous 17 years. This single change resulted in a significant inflation of COVID-19 fatalities by instructing that COVID-19 be listed in Part I of death certificates as a definitive cause of death regardless of confirmatory evidence, rather than listed in Part II as a contributor to death in the presence of pre-existing conditions, as would have been done using the 2003 guidelines. The research draws attention to this key distinction as it has led to a significant inflation in COVID fatality totals. By the researcher’s estimates, COVID-19 recorded fatalities are inflated nationwide by as much as 1600% above what they would be had the CDC used the 2003 handbooks,” stated All Concerned Citizens.
And, still, there is MORE! Last spring the CDC created covid-19-exclusive rules that violated federal law by outsourcing data collection rule development and wrote new rules to count probable cases without any definitive proof of infection. The new rules also allowed tracers to practice medicine without a license while disallowing any measures to be put in place to prevent a patient from being counted multiple times:
“Then on April 14th, the CDC adopted additional rules exclusive for COVID-19 in violation of federal law by outsourcing data collection rule development to the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), a non-profit entity, again without applying for oversight and opening opportunity for public scientific review. On April 5th the CSTE published a position paper Standardized surveillance case definition and national notification for 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) listing 5 CDC employees as subject matter experts. This key document created new rules for counting probable cases as actual cases without definitive proof of infection (section VII.A1 – pages 4 & 5), new rules for contact tracing allowing contact tracers to practice medicine without a license (section VII.A3 – page 5), and yet refused to define new rules for ensuring that the same person could not be counted multiple times as a new case (section VII.B – page 7),” stated All Concerned Citizens.

“By enacting these new rules exclusively for COVID-19 in violation of federal law, the research alleges that the CDC significantly inflated data that has been used by elected officials and public health officials, in conjunction with unproven projection models from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME), to justify extended closures for schools, places of worship, entertainment, and small businesses leading to unprecedented emotional and economic hardships nationwide. A formal petition has been sent to the Department of Justice as well as all US Attorneys seeking an immediate grand jury investigation into these allegations,” All Concerned Citizens stated.”

All data since last year suggest that Covid-19 hysteria is part of an orchestrated coup against Western values, nations, and laws.
At what point will the evidence and data be enough to break the spell cast on millions of Americans by the Covid Cult?

Matthew, this is not to question you, but rather the point of view you present. My wife is also a health professional, and has views very different from your own. Let me respond to your points:
1. Wearing masks in surgery. They protect the medical staff somewhat, in a special environment where blood and infected fluids could be spraying around the room, but also to protect the patients who may have all their protections (such as skin) compromised. This does not resemble the situation of talking with a neighbor or shopkeeper.
2. There have indeed been virtually no cases the past year attributed to the flu, while the number of “COVID” cases approximates the number of flu cases the year before. You attribute this to the wearing of masks. Others attribute it to the misdiagnosis of flu cases as COVID.
3. Your question, “Are all of the other countries in the world with large numgber of covid deaths in on the CDC scam?” Maybe they are, because this is mainly an economic and political issue.
4. “BS articles”. You certainly haven’t proved this article to be “BS”; you simply feel uncomfortable with it. That’s called “cognitive dissonance”.

Hi Matthew,
I am curious outside of the your conclusion that masks are responsible for the the drop in the spread of the influenza virus, what was your objection to this article? Or was it just the few passages specifically related to the masks? I ask this because there is a lot of actual evidence to suggest the use of masks are not the panacea described by Dr. Fauci, Dr Redman and others(and I guess, yourself), with all due respect. Such evidence includes, as I am sure you are aware, more studies than could be easily cited which date back over the last century. This evidence belongs to the era of pre-2019 when studies, scientific discussion and internationally acclaimed journals were not entirely controlled or managed due to political considerations. It is possible that what you infer is true – that all the studies that were conducted prior to Covid were flawed and that masks have a curative influence on the influenza virus. Sincerely, it is possible. However, I would suggest that if the mask issue were the prevailing source of the curative effect on influenza, it is curious for a number of reasons:
-people wear them improperly, rendering their use moot at best
-people reuse them which is counterindicated
-people touch them(and their face)constantly which would further contaminate and spread the virus.
It is, however, also true that the masks are not all that has changed over the past year to potentially provide a curative to influenza. People are not going to the hospital for ruitine care such as for recieiving the flu vaccine or cancer diagnostics – actually, they are terrified to go to the hospital. People are hyper-obsessive with washing hands(this is probably the most beneficial change). People are keeping somewhat further distances from eachother when they do go out and people are going out much less. Additionally all manner of businesses are closed or have changed their ruitine practices. All of these measures and changes are equally possible sources that could have curative potential regarding the exposure and infection of the influenza virus. We literally don’t know why the paradigm regarding influeza has so radically changed.
Now your comment ridiculing the possible involvement of multiple countries being involve in the proposed “CDC scam” is an interesting one. This might garner some weight if, again, we weren’t in an age of Covid where scientific research is based on political outcomes. For instance, the hallmarks of the medical community such as the Lancet were employed in a coordinated attempt to conduct a fraud on the world(not just the US) with respect to the clear and obvious benefits of hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) – a fraud which was conducted on an international basis. The careful exposure of this fraud didn’t take very long to display – a few weeks. What seemed insurmmountable was the level of conviction that was required to realize that the Lancet and many other elements of the Medical establishment had used their distinquished reputation and high standards to be illegitamitely and recklessly employed for international, political purposes contrary to the public good). But in spite of the knowledge of the exposure of this fraud, our medical community (NIH, NIA, CDC, FDA, WHO, etc.) continued with their deliberate decision to deceive the public of the potential benefits that HCQ held and refused to allow our doctors it’s use in saving lives. They then employed the tactic of threatening the doctors with licence suspensions and employment terminations. They then manipulated the pharmaceutical community into refusing to fill lawfully prescribed drugs(as you are aware pharmacists don’t overrule doctor prescriptions without very good cause).
Two million people have died from Covid. Hundreds of thousands(easily) can be conjectured to have suffered needlessly and died needlessly due to this fraud. This medical fraud was actually quite similar in nature, scope and execution to the election fraud we recently suffered and witnessed this past November. So given the role that was played by the international medical community in league with the CDC and other agencies to perpetrate this fraud where hundreds of thousands of people were basically murdered, I would not hessitate to state the “CDC scam” as stated in your ridicule is not only possible, it is easily believable(even if it isn’t true). The criminal disparaging of an established drug such as HCQ by the NIH, NIA, CDC, FDA, WHO, etc. as being dangerous, while all members of this community knew and knew well that it was a very safe drug when administered properly(like aspirin). This clearly has had the consequence of undermining the public trust in our medical community. This loss of public trust is a perfect example of the consequence of the rot that has taken hold of our institutions as a whole, and our medical community specifically, as having been seized and corrupted for other means and ultimately they have failed the American people when they were needed the most.
The fact is that data has, over the past year, been manipulated with catastrophic effect and this is indisputable. It could be conjectured that this manipulation was done for many reasons, but only the most nieve(I believe) would suspect the true reason was anything other than political in nature. Our institutions, as a nation, have failed us and none have failed us more so than the medical community. I mean you no disrespect here, Matthew. I value the good that our medical community has played over the years in making peoples lives in this world better for the practices developed and employed by our medical community. I, personally, also work in the medical field and to my great shame and embarrassment so does Dr. Faucci, Dr. Redfern and all their ilk. The loss of trust that was once the foundation of the medical community has had other consequences. The possibility exists, in the public mind, that there are other frauds associated with the vaccines and medications that our community develops and distribute. The simple reality is that our medical community, NIH, NIA, CDC, FDA, WHO, etc., are funded with the intent and explicit mandate to benefit the American public good. DO NO HARM!! We must return to that standard.
And so this is why I ask you what, specifically, so alarmed you about this article. For, if we do not ask the hard questions and look at the distasteful realities we have only very recently experienced and suffered from, we will never return to that position of trust that we once had and must, must reaquire with the public.
@ Matthew: Mathew, the reason that nations all over the world have reported very high death rates from COVID is that the World Health Organization, which is a branch of the United Nations and widely respected as such, issued guidelines for reporting COVID cases that were identical to those used by the American CDC. In fact, the CDC guidelines were derived from the WHO guidelines.
There is also the role of the Johns Hopkins University medical school to consider. Johns Hopkins received a contract from WHO, for which they are paid something, to collect data from all over the world on the number of COVID cases and COVID-related deaths. The criteria used by the Johns Hopkins center for medical statistics are same as those by WHO and the world’s governments, nearly all of whom are members of WHO. Johns Hoptkins reports the statistics on COVID deaths that they have received from national, state and local governments as well as some private norganizations, such as local newspapers, and then send this data to all the world’s governments as well as to WHO. The national health orgtanizations of nearly every country, including the United States, then use the Johns Hopkins data as the main source for their own statistics concerning COVID.
The result of this is that inflated statistics have resulted from a variety of innacurate counting methods developed by WHO and Johs Hopkins– double counting, listing deaths in which the primary cause of death was an underlying illness, such as cancer or heart disease, as COVID deaths, listing deaths from the flu or pneumonia with symptims similar to COVID19 as COVID deaths when the patients were not actually tested for COVID, use of innacurate, older tests for the illness instead of the newly developed more sophisticated and accurate tests, etc.
Whether you want to call all this a conspiracy or just a result of a series of poor judgment calls is a matter on which opinions may differ.

I am a conservative who voted for Trump twice and a health professional. Articles like this one shouldn’t be published. Maybe we should stop wearing masks during surgery too. The fact that there have been virtually no flu cases this year is testament to the effectiveness of mask wearing. Are all of the other countries in the world with large number of covid deaths in on the CDC scam? This publication is starting to lose my interest by publishing all of these BS articles.
