Brilliant! My question is why was there a disqualifying clause regarding a pandemic in a trade agreement?? The inscrutable Chinese are not so inscrutable. Their economy began to collapse as soon as Trump placed tariffs on their goods to protect the American economy and balance the playing field. So what do the Chinese do?
