  1. Disturbing SCOTUS ruling on counting votes. The ruling legitimizes the counting of ballots that are received on time, but are missing a hand-written date on the outside of the ballot, despite the fact that this is required by state law. The basis of the ruling state that disqualifying the undated ballot

serves no purpose other than disenfranchising otherwise qualified voters.

In his remarks regarding the ruling, Justice Alito stated that

“The …interpretation broke new ground, and at this juncture, it appears to me that that interpretation is very likely wrong. If left undisturbed, it could well affect the outcome of the fall elections, and it would be far better for us to address that interpretation before, rather than after, it has that effect.”

The circuit court’s interpretation “seems plainly contrary to the statutory language,” Alito wrote.

“When a mail-in ballot is not counted because it was not filled out correctly, the voter is not denied ‘the right to vote.’ Rather, that individual’s vote is not counted because he or she did not follow the rules for casting a ballot.”

  2. A former Pennsylvania congressman convicted in the 1970s Abscam investigation pleaded guilty Monday to new charges that he persuaded poll workers to stuff ballot boxes in local elections.

Former U.S. Rep. Michael “Ozzie” Myers — who had been working as a campaign consultant since his release from federal prison in the 1980s — admitted to a federal judge he paid one South Philadelphia elections official to fraudulently add votes for candidates who had hired him for their races from 2014 to 2016. He convinced another, he said, to do it for free.

His decision to plead guilty came just hours before he was set to stand trial on charges including bribery, obstruction of justice, falsification of voting records, and illegally voting in a federal election.

The 79-year-old former politician now faces up to 20 years in prison on the most serious of those counts and could spend the rest of his life behind bars.

  3. More election mishaps in Ga in two more counties…

As the speaker in the video notes, in a week when CNN, Washington Post and CISA tell us these machines are completely vulnerable to hackers we have a mishap in Dekalb County GA which actually changes the outcome of the election, while also having mishaps in two other counties in GA where we are told that it did not change the outcome of the election while offering no details as to what the new numbers were or by how much these mishaps changed anything. Just trust and ignore any verification, when the reverse should always be the preferred motto, especially when we are told these machines are completely open to having the outcomes manipulated. There is no significant business nor any bank nor any security firm which would tolerate this level of duplicity coincident with open access vulnerabilities and still accept the results as certifiably accurate. So why should we do so with our votes which are the most formidable commodity available to us, and which have so recently been abused in many locations, including Fulton GA, which is one of the un-named counties experiencing these ‘trust-but-no-verification’ mishaps.

  4. @ Peloni

I agree with your comments. However, as we all know the “ship of State” can only list so far and for so long before it must right itself. If it does not, then the next act of this tortuous play will be the sinking of the ship. If that happens it seems that everything I have spent my life working for will be destroyed. What a world we will leave to our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I believe that nothing ever happens without the knowledge and allowance of the Almighty and somehow things seem to always work out at some point in the future. The road that leads into the future is many times blooded and sown with the bodies of many good people. It is hard to imagine living in a world that looks like Ukraine.

  5. @Tanna

Justice will come in this matter as soon as we find out who shot JFK.

I think there is some hope for real justice in this matter, but should this be proven to be based upon a delusional calculation, I still believe that a thorough investigation and pursuit of reasonable remedies for all the illegalities that were perpetrated will likely be the lowest limit of what we will come to witness regarding the election fraud. Still, even this distasteful short sighted version of justice will set the ship of State back upon a proper course again. Combined with local participation and national networking, the long held corruption will be beaten back. Following this, the continued participation of the public in local electoral processes will either be maintained or it will wane over time. The distinction between these two possibilities will determine if the full corruption and capture of the central govt will be a reproducible event in the future of the nation. Perhaps, the public will have learned the lesson of the value of securing their liberty, but it does seem a more human possibility that this test will fall once again upon future generations. Hopefully, they will have a good record of how the test was met and how the corruption was defeated and how the liberty was restored, presuming I am correct that such victories will be achieved to be recorded for those who follow.

Should we find that victory to be as elusive as the truth of Kennedy’s assassination, it will leave a terrible burden upon the following generations betrayed by our combined lack of diligence and excess of ineptitude. Should this prove to be the case, I trust that the future generations will find the grit, dignity and faith to reclaim their liberty by proving themselves to be more worthy of completing these tasks, which our current generation failed to preserve as intact.

  7. Obvuously the legitimate president is Donald Trump. Clearly the election was stolen from the legitimate president. Until those who stole the election from the legitimate president are brought to justice our nation cannot heal.

It’s going to be up to the American people to bring those wno stole the election to justice. Do NOT wait for the Russians or Chinese to do this as they will not distinguish between good Americans and the evil usurpers who claim to lead us.
