Let’s talk about some truths the agenda-driven mainstream media would rather ignore.
Look at Western Europe. France. Belgium. Italy. And now Barcelona, Spain is burning, with jihadi migrant rioters setting fires, looting stores and attacking police.
Europe has spent decades refusing to confront the jihadi population growing within its borders. I was already warning about this in a letter to the editor of the New York Jewish Week back in 1997. They refused to print it. No surprise there. Nearly 30 years later, Europe is living with the consequences of ignoring the warnings.
It won’t disappear by continuing to ignore it. Europeans will eventually have to elect governments willing to confront the jihadi migrants, strip them of their citizenship and deport them. There is no other way to save their countries from this 1,400+ year genocidal jihadi ideology.
Israel should learn the same lesson.
On Friday, two more IDF soldiers were murdered by Hamas terrorists near Hebron: Staff Sgt. Ron Yonatan Roytman, 23, and Sgt. Yuval Shai Svilem, 20.
May their memories be a blessing.
This time, Israel responded forcefully. The IDF launched a massive operation in the Hevron area and demolished illegally built structures near the attack site that presented security concerns.
Good.
For too many years, legal restraints and bureaucratic obstacles have interfered with Israel’s ability to deter terrorism. This is exactly why judicial reform matters. The Supreme Court must provide oversight, but it cannot be allowed to prevent elected governments and the IDF from taking lawful measures necessary to protect Israeli lives.
But even house demolitions are not enough. Israel, too, must deport all the jihadis who support a 1,400+ year ideology to subjugate and persecute all non-Muslims.
And while the international media obsess over “settler violence,” here is what Jewish farmers and shepherds reportedly faced in Judea and Samaria this past week:
Molotov cocktails near Psagot.
Stone attacks near Adam, Duma, Sinjil and al-Malik.
One Israeli lightly wounded.
And a suspected poisoning attack near al-Mughayyir, where poisoned pita was allegedly scattered in Jewish grazing fields. Several sheep were affected and one died.
Where are the international headlines? None. No Jews. No news.
There is still so much work to do.
Which brings us to Israel’s election.
I understand why right-wing Israelis are frustrated. Hamas has not yet been eliminated. Iran remains a threat. The Charedi draft issue isn’t solved. Judicial reform isn’t finished.
But we are voting for our lives. Yes, the Chareidi draft issue is important, but not more important than our literal survival against an empowered jihadi enemy.
This is not the time to return Israel to the October 6 mindset of withdrawals, international guarantees and agreements that outsource our security, and ignore the 1,400+ year motivation of our jihadi enemies. Especially, not as Western Europe is self destructing at the hands of the red-green jihadi alliance.
That is exactly what worries me about Gadi Eizenkot, Bennet, Liberman and Yair Golan: withdrawing Israeli forces, once again trusting international guarantees with our lives, and empowering the same red-green alliance that fuels hostility toward Israel. We cannot afford to ignore the threat of jihad, not only in Judea and Samaria, but in the Negev, the Galilee and mixed cities like Jaffa and Acre. The deadly jihadi riots by Israeli citizens in 2021 already gave us a warning of what will happen when that threat is allowed to explode.
Our security and intelligence establishment tried that thinking for the past 30 years and it failed drastically.
October 7 was the result.
Netanyahu has spent this war trying to change the army and intelligence methodology to properly defeat our enemies.
Electing Eizenkot means returning to Oct. 6 thinking, and deleting all the gains of this war.
A government dependent upon Yair Golan’s Democratim, and anti-Zionist Arab parties would face enormous political pressure against precisely the security and settlement policies Israel needs.
Netanyahu, Smotrich and Ben-Gvir aren’t perfect. Nobody is.
But they understand something fundamental: Israel must control its own security and defeat its enemies.
That is why right-wing Israelis should vote Likud, Religious Zionism or Otzma Yehudit.
Download our election guide. Read it. Share it.
And most importantly: choose God.
We must fight. Build. Vote. Serve. And do everything humanly possible to protect ourselves.
But ultimately, He is in charge.
After 2,000 years of exile and persecution, we are home. Despite October 7, despite a multi-front war and despite enormous international pressure, we are winning and rebuilding.
Don’t take those miracles for granted. And don’t throw them away by voting for a party that will make Eizenkot Prime Minister.
Strengthen your faith. Vote wisely. Finish the job.
Am Yisrael Chai!!!
