Governing the Goyim After Annexation

One major change in Israel since October 7, 2023 is that sovereignty has become a respectable policy. No sober Israeli Jew, Druze, Christian can any longer promote the insane idea of turning Judea and Samaria over to the “Palestinians.”

But if not, who should be sovereign there? Who will be the law in what antisemites call the “West Bank”?

The reality of an expanded state claiming possession of all the land from the Jordan River to the sea will mean ruling over and policing millions of Arab Muslims who have a well-known history of homicidal hatred toward Jews.

Sovereignty in Judea and Samaria would mean the sudden absorption of these two million enemies whose core identity is not “Palestinian” but Islamic, and making peace with Jews for Muslims is an abomination. After sovereignty, there will be lots of Muslims unhappy with annexation and Israel must deal with them wisely.

Israelis today who oppose sovereignty fear it will mean having to give citizenship to these blood-thirsty people, and Israel would become a binational state. Worse, Jew-haters will call Israel an apartheid state if it does not.

But this fear is baseless, for nowhere is it written that Israel — the victor in 1967 — has to do that. In what internationally-respected volume of international laws does it say that the victims of an aggressor people, after their victory and survival, have to bestow citizenship on the enemy people now under their rule?

Problem is, the road to sovereignty requires official Israel doing what no Israeli government has ever done since 1967: claim that Judea and Samaria are legally and morally Jewish property.

World anti-Jews mis-identify the “Palestinians” as indigenous descendants of Canaanites and Philistines, and therefore the rightful owners, which is a whopping historical howler — which Israel unwittingly reenforces by never attacking this nonsense. Israel can invent Iron Dome missiles to shoot down enemy rockets, but cannot shoot down the lies of enemy propaganda. For example, they never say there is nothing “Palestinian” about these people and their claim of ownership of our ancient homeland is bogus.

For two weeks before the Six-Day War, Arab capitals were the scenes of mobs of millions of Arabs wailing “Slaughter the Jews! Let’s finish Hitler’s work!” with the deranged woke today preaching that a sovereign Israel would have to bestow upon these Jew-hating Muslims citizenship or be branded racists.

This would be an inhuman, antisemitic demand. That Israel must award citizenship to people who name their children’s schools after Jew-hating mass murderers? What kind of corrupt ethics dictates that we Jews must embrace these enemies as fellow citizens? Antisemitism manifests in manifold ways, including making demands that Jews behave in ways no people in our situation would behave.

During the 1967 war, Arab armies came to put an end to the Jewish state, which evil fantasy Israel stymied on all fronts. In the east, the IDF route the Jordanian army to flee across the Jordan River, with Israel to this day governing the land the Jordanians had used to attack Israel, as world anti-Jewry snarls we must hand the “West Bank” over to the “Palestinians,” a people who of their own free voted in 2006 for Hamas to govern them and never voted them out.

Could there be a crazier idea than this antisemitic absurdity? The unholy Two-State Solution would result in driving a half-million Jews from their homes, turning them into homeless refugees, and Israel is expected to agree to this as “justice for the Palestinians”?

Guaranteed, when Israel asserts sovereignty and world anti-Jewry howls that Israelis must now grant citizenship to these “Palestinians,” Israel should respond that this is an inhuman, disgusting, evil, antisemitic idea.

Contrarily, Israel claiming sovereignty would be act of true self-respect, vs. Israel’s current humiliating participation in providing humanitarian aid to the people in Gaza. We owe them not one half of a pita, the diet they have starved our brothers and sisters and friends with. We don’t owe these sadistic Neanderthals a glass water.

What Israel should be demanding is that the fifty-six officially Muslim states send ships to the Gaza Coast to evacuate their fellow Believers in the One True Faith, the million-plus freeloaders on the UNRWA rolls and resettle them in the vast Muslim empire, possibly the greatest empire in acreage in history — if not for its contributions to civilization.

Israel must prepare ahead of time before claiming sovereignty, a well-thought-out legal system designed specifically for this situation.

There is nothing more normal in human history than war. Has there ever been even one year without some war someplace in the world? And at war’s end, there is nothing more normal than the moving of borders. “To the victor go the spoils” is an old expression (and to the loser the loss of territory).

Consequently, in history, some people immediately affected by the moving of borders always have had a choice to make: either remain in place and accept living in a new, “foreign country,” or get up and move to remain with one’s countrymen.

But when it comes to the Jews, the haters apply a bizarre version that says, “To the victor go the spoils — except for the Jews. They must give back to the enemy what they took in self-defense.” The gentile prophet Balaam prophesied that “This will be a people that dwells alone,” and indeed Israel is judged uniquely according to this ludicrous, discriminatory, antisemitic calculus.

The aftermath of wars commonly produce population transfers and so should the current Gaza war. In July 1945, at Potsdam, Germany, the victorious Allied leaders, Churchill, Truman and Stalin ordered ten million ethnic Germans living outside of defeated Germany to uproot themselves and become homeless refugees in the new truncated Germany. Some had family roots in these countries over many generations but were ordered to abandon all their immovable property – for which they would never be compensated.

The Allies’ leaders did this to prevent a third world war, since the first two had been started by the Germans. It also was punishment, for when the German army rolled into these countries, the ethnic Germans in them collaborated with them; then after the war, their enraged neighbors — Poles, Czechs, Dutch, etc. — began murdering them in huge numbers.

Now, when Israel declares sovereignty, it will not have the power to order the two million Arabs in Judea and Samaria to evacuate their homes and return to their authentic homeland, the Arabian Peninsula.

But this political reality should not negate Israel’s moral and legal right to expel individual violent Muslims.

Before sovereignty, Israelis must think clearly and wisely how to rule over the Muslims in these areas that opinion polls consistently show are Hamas devotees. The Knesset will have to institute the death penalty which is kosher, ancient Jewish jurisprudence – even if the modern fashion in post-religious Western ethics that Israel shamelessly imitates frowns on capital punishment.

Israel has also to wake up and see the futility of its legal system that arrests Jew-killers and confines them to a prison until they die of natural causes, but otherwise do not make them suffer unduly; they are not punished with hard labor. Their diet is plentiful with food Arabs like. Hot showers, free medical care. There are 500 convicted Arab murderers at the moment in Israeli prisons sentenced to life, which is not only not Jewish, it creates the excuse the enemy uses to kidnap our people. Had all 500 been put down like rabid dogs, the Muslims would have no one to demand their freedom.

Besides a death penalty, Israel must legislate a new crime: the crime of violence against a Jew of any magnitude by a goy that can trigger immediate expulsion of the offender from the country the same day before the sun goes down.

In Judea and Samaria there is an endless supply of teenage boys who like to throw rocks at Jews. They must be captured and immediately transported to the Golan Heights, pushed into Syria and told they are never coming back.

This would be a far more successful deterrent than prison-time. Expelling their parents and siblings would also be good. Violence against a Jew must be inscribed in law as the worst crime a goy in the Jewish state can commit – but with expulsion the most humane of punishments. The would-be Jew-killer — every stone-throwing Arab is one — will grow up a free man who can live as he chooses, go anywhere in the world that will have him; become rich, marry, sire sons. The only thing he will not be able to do is live here among us civilized Jews because he has proven himself to be a barbaric, wild ass of a man whom we have the right to expel from our civilized society.

Israel should also make an exemption from the ban on citizenship for the dwindling Christians in Judea and Samaria. These Christian Arabs would be very happy to become good and faithful citizens of Israel. They know the only country in the Middle East safe for Christians these days is Israel — vs. the Muslims who on the day Israel declares sovereignty, should be offered resident alien status and be publicly encouraged to leave.

The Muslims who choose that status will deserve decent treatment – e.g., the right to work and the obligation to pay taxes; the right to join an Israeli HMO.

But in the matter of violence, they too should be treated like the rock-throwers. Any violence against a Jew by a resident alien should also result in his immediate expulsion.
