ISRAEL DOES NOT CONTROL AMERICA !!! NOT EVEN CLOSE !

UPDATE:  Jonathan Schanzer:

“American foreign policy should be subservient to no country. Why does the VP feel compelled to call out Israel in this respect? Why not call out the Qataris, or the Saudis, or Ukraine? Odd how this keeps happening.”

Indeed, why is that?

Peloni:  This is an important review of disproving the claims of those who seem to believe that US policy is subservient to Israel.  Some support this malicious claim due to a stated determination to support Jew Hatred, but others do so because they are simply relying on the reports of Jew Haters and don’t know better.  So while the Vice President of the US is adding his voice to supporting the false claim that US policy is subservient to Israel, it is important that the truth be spread as far as possible to educate those who believe the vice president, if not to also inform the Vice President as well.

The Architecture of Scapegoating:  How Media Fabrications on Israel Fuel Global Anti-Semitism and Anti-Western Agendas

For centuries, the systematic targeting of the Jewish people has followed a precise, predictable pattern: isolate a crisis, engineer a fabrication, and shift total culpability onto a Jewish scapegoat. In the modern geopolitical landscape, this ancient prejudice has morphed into a sophisticated political weapon. Mainstream media networks consistently amplify the fraudulent narrative that American foreign policy is manipulated, directed, and controlled by Jerusalem and domestic “Zionist lobbies” like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
This journalistic fabrication is not merely a failure of reporting; it is actively weaponized to fuel real-world anti-Semitism.

By pathologizing the pro-Israel movement and ignoring concrete data, the press validates age-old tropes of secret Jewish control. In doing so, it serves a broader anti-Western agenda that seeks to destabilize the democratic alliances binding the free world.

When confronted with empirical financial records, intelligence history, and raw demographic math, the myth of the “all-powerful Israeli lobby” falls apart entirely.

They use  Iraq   as a flash point to  make   another   false  claim that it is because of  Israel  that  America is  at war with a nearly nuclear  weaponized  Iran :

The conflict between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran began in 1979—long before the Iraq War and entirely independent of Israel.

The media and geopolitical commentators frequently deploy a revisionist narrative, claiming that American hostility toward Iran is a modern phenomenon manufactured by Israel or the “Iraq War neocons.” This assertion is historically fraudulent.

The geopolitical warfare between Washington and Tehran was initiated by the Iranian regime itself during the 1979 Islamic Revolution, decades before the 2003 invasion of Iraq.Blaming the modern U.S.-Iran standoff on the 2003 Iraq War or “pro-Israel lobbying” serves a highly specific, anti-Western political agenda. By falsely framing America and Israel as the original aggressors who “provoked” Iran via the Iraq invasion, revisionist commentators can obscure the Iranian regime’s continuous, multi-decade history of global terrorism.

The strategy of shifting blame onto Israel functions as a classic deflection.

It pathologizes an American national security policy that has been consistently defensive since 1979, transforming a straightforward history of Iranian state-sponsored terrorism against American targets into a fabricated conspiracy about “foreign influence.”

1983 Beirut Barracks Bombing: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) founded, trained, and funded Hezbollah in Lebanon. On October 23, 1983, a Hezbollah suicide bomber attacked the U.S. Marine Barracks in Beirut, killing 241 American servicemen.1983 U.S. Embassy Bombing: Months prior to the barracks attack, a suicide bombing at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut killed 63 people, including 17 Americans. The Tanker War (1987–1988): The U.S. military engaged in direct naval warfare against Iran in the Persian Gulf during Operation Praying Mantis, destroying Iranian oil platforms and warships after an Iranian mine nearly sank the USS Samuel B. Roberts.

The Myth of the Iraq Invasion: Sharon’s Suppressed Warnings

No historical event is more frequently twisted to justify the trope of Jewish control than the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The modern conspiracy theory alleges that a “Zionist cabal” engineered the downfall of Saddam Hussein to serve Israeli interests.

The factual records, however, completely debunk this premise:The Intelligence Source: The primary intelligence used by the Bush administration to justify the invasion—specifically the fraudulent claims regarding mobile biological weapons factories—did not originate from Jerusalem. It came from an unvetted, asylum-seeking Iraqi informant codenamed “Curveball” who fed fabrications directly to German intelligence (the BND).Sharon’s Direct Warnings: Far from driving the United States into war, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon actively warned the Bush administration against invading and occupying Iraq. According to documentation from the era, including insights from former ambassador Danny Ayalon via The Jerusalem Post and analysis published by The Forward, Sharon explicitly advised President Bush that the Arab world was not built for immediate, Western-style democratization. The Strategic Prediction: Sharon warned that the U.S. had no viable exit strategy and correctly predicted that toppling Saddam Hussein would destabilize the region, ultimately empowering Iran as the primary strategic danger to the West.

The mainstream press routinely ignored these explicit warnings to preserve an expedient political narrative. By choosing to “blame the Jews” for the strategic blunders of Washington planners, the media validated anti-Semitic tropes while obscuring the true architectures of Western intelligence failures.

The Media’s Lobbying Asymmetry: AIPAC vs. Qatar

The mainstream media’s hyper-fixation on AIPAC exposes a profound narrative double standard. In the actual ecosystem of Washington influence-peddling, AIPAC is an American domestic lobby, not a foreign agent. Funded entirely by American citizens, its expenditures are reported under the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA). According to direct multi-decade data compiled by OpenSecrets, AIPAC’s direct annual federal lobbying footprint typically hovers between $2.5 million and $3.5 million, ranking it roughly 191st in annual Washington lobbying. Over its entire history since its inception in 1963, its cumulative direct lobbying spending is estimated to be well under $100 million.

This domestic footprint is completely eclipsed by foreign sovereign states and corporate conglomerates, yet the media remains silent on their influence:The Foreign Scale (Qatar): Because Qatar is a sovereign nation, its spending is tracked under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Between 2016 and 2025 alone, Qatar poured $269.2 millioninto U.S. lobbying firms, public relations campaigns, and academic think tanks—nearly triple AIPAC’s entire multi-decade direct lobbying footprint in a fraction of the time. The Domestic Corporate Scale: Domestic mega-lobbies dwarf both groups. For context, OpenSecretsdata shows the U.S. Pharmaceutical Industry has spent over $6.3 billion on direct lobbying since 1998, while the U.S. Chamber of Commerce routinely deploys $70 million to $80 million per single calendar year.

The Shielding of Radical Groups: The CAIR Double Standard

While the public square is trained by the press to react with suspicion at the mention of AIPAC, the mainstream media remains completely silent on organizations with documented ties to radical networks. The most glaring example is the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

During the landmark 2008 federal prosecution of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development—the largest terrorism-financing trial in American history—the charity and its top officials were convicted on all 108 counts of funneling millions of dollars directly to Hamas. Federal prosecutors and FBI evidence officially entered into the record that CAIR was an unindicted co-conspirator, historically linking the group to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Palestine Committee apparatus.

The media’s asymmetry is stark:If AIPAC had ever been tied to a historic, federal terrorism-financing indictment, the media coverage would be relentless and permanent. Instead, a protective media barrier shields CAIR under the weaponized banner of “combatting Islamophobia”.<

This terminology , Islamophobia , deliberately conflates the critique of a geopolitical ideology with racial prejudice. <

Judaism is an ethno-religion; ancestral DNA records, verified by platforms like Ancestry.com, trace Jewish heritage directly back to the geographic region of Judea.

span style=”font-family: Cochin; font-size: 12pt;”>Islam, conversely, is a global faith practiced by hundreds of distinct ethnic groups across Arabia, Persia, Indonesia, and Pakistan.

By treating an ideology as a protected racial class while pathologizing the indigenous, genetic heritage of the Jewish people, the media applies a systemic double standard that normalizes anti-Jewish sentiment under the guise of progressive bias.

The Antidote of Demographics: A Christian-Driven Movement

The ultimate media deception is the presentation of pro-Israel advocacy as an insular special interest group operating on behalf of a foreign power. In reality, the political weight of the movement is driven by millions of voting American Christians.

Demographic data reveals that pro-Israel sentiment in the United States is overwhelmingly a Christian phenomenon:The Total Jewish Population: Demographic studies from the Pew Research Center and the Jewish Virtual Library establish that the total estimated Jewish population in the United States stands between 7.5 million and 7.7 million people, inclusive of children and secular individuals. The Scale of Christian Support: Christians United for Israel (CUFI), a domestic evangelical organization, boasts a verified membership of over 10 million active members.

The math is undeniable: the membership of just one Christian pro-Israel organization outnumbers the entire Jewish population of the United States by more than 2 million people. Furthermore, within AIPAC’s own 6.5 million grassroots network, Christian Zionists and Evangelicals outnumber Jewish members.

Pew Research Center / CUFI Census: Demographic and organizational tracking verified that the entire U.S. Jewish population stands at a maximum of 7.7 million, while a single Christian Zionist organization (Christians United for Israel) commands a membership exceeding 10 million

While the U.S. Jewish population is highly concentrated in a few deep-blue states like New York and California, Evangelical Christians command an immense voting bloc distributed across all 50 states. This geographic Christian  distribution gives AIPAC  some  influence in nearly every single congressional district in America.

The political strength of the U.S.-Israel alliance does not stem from foreign state manipulation, nor does it stem from an ethnic minority controlling the levers of power.

It is rooted in a mainstream, multi-million-member domestic American movement. By erasing the multi-faith, grassroots reality of this movement, the mainstream media does not merely misreport the facts; it actively enables the ancient, dangerous machinery of Jewish scapegoating.

This pathologizing of democratic advocacy serves an anti-Western agenda, eroding trust in domestic institutions and fracturing alliances vital to global security.

True journalistic integrity requires retiring these conspiratorial tropes, acknowledging the transparent financial data, and recognizing that American support for Israel is a direct reflection of the democratic will of millions of voting citizens.
