With the grass fires in Southern California causing a very large evacuation coupled to the damage, the Israeli Consulate-General’s new web site might indeed generate some Alyia.
The business literature here tells of California home insurance rates under pressure for increases.
I wonder what the rocket insurance rates are for a home in Sederot, Israel.
Didn’t see a date on the new blog. They mention Israel has “snow covered mountains”. The Consulate-General better keep in close contact with MFA. That area, too, might be a subject at Annapolis.
The site’s masthead features a watermelon. Reminds me of here.

You are probably right. She spent a year in a kibbutz in Arava so I made an assumption.
I wasn’t aware she is Israeli, I thought she was American.
