Lebanon Front Update: Rockets, FPV Drones, and the IDF’s Strategic Challenge

Peloni:  A must see briefing with Lt. Col. (res.) Sarit Zehavi, President of the Alma Research and Education Center & a former Military Intelligence officer.  See below for the topics she discusses.

Video Loads At Bottom

The unending attacks which only slowed somewhat during the ceasefire

The menacing FPV drones which are only part of the tools of onslaught being used by Hezbollah against Israel

The routine targeting of explicitly civilian targets

The lack of warning during some of the FPV attacks

What needs to be done:

  • Clear the South Lebanon of its weapons, which will be a long term process.
  • Clear the area north of the Yellow Line of the Shiite Muslim inhabitants which aid and hide Hezbollah and its weapons & tunnels
  • Targeting the heart of Hezbollah in Lebanon which lies in South Beirut in the Dahiya area
  • Target the strategic Bekaa Valley which makes up the logistic rear of Hezbollah
  • Lebanon and Iran must be disconnected

Iran instructed Hezbollah about a week ago to intensify attacks so to claim that the negotiations between Iran and the US were threatened by Israel when they reacted.

As long as the regime in Iran survives, Hezbollah will pose a threat to Israel and the Islamic Republic in Iran will pose a threat to the whole Middle East

The ideology of the Islamic Republic is the conquest of the West, and while the forced education of this ideology failed in Iran, it did not fail in Lebanon

The ideology of the Islamic Republic deems the use of deterrence and peace as meaningless and misguided strategies

There can be no possibility of trusting Lebanon to deal with the threat from Hezbollah

Lebanon MUST be pressured to fight against the conquest of Lebanon by Hezbollah to prevent an Islamic State being established on Israel’s Northern Border
