Peloni: In his opening segment on the April 26 show, Mark discusses the concept of due process, and how it has been misapplied over the years. He shares the reality that the Founding Fathers intended for the three branches of govt should each regulate their individual branches, but that the Judiciary exceeded their authority by seizing the power to set policy for the other branches. He also explores the inconsistent rulings which have been made by SCOTUS, and that the real purpose of the current call for due process is to inject anarchy into the system to obstruct Trump’s immigration policy and to achieve “revolution by immigration” and thereby completely alter the fabric of the nation’s values and destroy the US. In his second segment, Mark talks with Gen. Jack Keane about the impossibility of allowing Iran to have even a civilian nuclear program. Keane explains that Iran is currently more vulnerable than ever, and that they would be even more vulnerable after an attack by Israel, with or without US. In the final segment, Mark talks with Former DOJ Prosecutor, Jim Trusty, about the historical deference of due process to different branches. He also explains that due process should in many instances be limited to the use of administrative hearings, and that many of the judges involved in the call for due process are clearly activist judges, intent on fighting the administration, not on due process and that their attempt to change the status quo is intended to overwhelm and defeat the system rather than to pursue justice.

Peloni: In his opening statement on the April 27 show, Mark discusses the failed US process which led to N Korea and Pakistan developing their nuclear programs. He compares this to the perfect record of Israel to end the nuclear programs of Iraq and Syria. Indeed, decisive action succeeded where feckless negotiations failed. Mark details the long track of violated negotiations which have been made in an attempt to stop Iran’s program without success. He explains that the entire balance of power around the world and throughout the middle east will shift towards Iran once it becomes a nuclear power. Mark states that he trusts Trump, but that we can not trust Iran, period. In the second segment, Mark talks with Alan Dershowitz about the deep perversions within the higher education system in the US, and that the federal govt needs to step in and end the ongoing system of discrimination in the universities. Alan also relates the importance of Israel using the Begin Doctrine to end the nuclear threat from Iran. In the final segment, Mark talks with author, Joe Concha, about his book relating Trump’s impressive return to power amid the historic attempt to leverage society, govt, and law against him.
