Mark Levin’s Saturday, October 11 Show

Mark opens his Saturday show with a call for celebration of the soon to be released (now released) Israeli hostages, but with a note of caution highlighting the many terrorist groups which brought about and celebrated October 7 still remain free.

Mark shares a thorough accounting of the series of victories which have been won in this war, by Trump and by Netanyahu, describing the personal alliance built between these two leaders to be one of the great pacts of personalities over the years, comparing it to Thatcher and Reagan in their campaign to defeat the Soviet Union, and to Roosevelt and Churchill in the defeat of the Third Reich.  Yet, unlike the campaign raised against the Soviets and the war to defeat the Nazis, the war against the IslamoNazi fascists is not over, and is in fact a continuing saga which began back in the 7th Century.  All of this is true and fair in so far as it goes, but the distinction which fails to be made by Mark in all of this is that while the IslamoNazi fascists could not be entirely defeated in this war, its possession of Gaza could have been, and the same is true of the despotic Mullahs controlling Iran during the 12 Day War if Israel had been left to pursue victory.  Perhaps the conference in Sharm el Sheik will achieve what the Trump-Bibi partnership refused to do in Gaza and Iran, ie eliminate the controlling power of the fascists in these nations, but negotiated settlements is not what defeats entrenched ideologies.  Indeed, had the US negotiated with Hitler after taking the beaches of Normandy, would such a conditional surrender have served to eliminate the Nazi ideology from Germany?  With no demonstration that the Nazis were in fact defeated, with no recognition and documentation of the atrocities committed by the Nazis, and no remedy for these atrocities such as having the Nazi leaders judged by the Allied nations for their role in and knowledge of those atrocities, even as too few were ultimately judged to be worthy of the hangman’s noose??  No, such a negotiated surrender as this would not have served to eradicate the Nazi ideology in 1940’s Germany, and it will also not serve to eradicate the IslmoNazi ideology in Gaza today either.

In his second segment, Mark talks with Israel’s ambassador to the US, Yechiel Leiter, who describes the death of his son who fell while leading Israeli forces in the days following October 7.  They talk about the blood libels being raised against the Jews and Israel.  Amb Leiter reaffirms the demand that Israel eliminate the Jihadis at its borders.  They also discuss the close relationship between Trump and Netanyahu.  Interestingly, it should be noted that while discussing Pres. Trump’s plan to end the war, Leiter shares that, in part, the Israeli war goals can only be achieved by “a foreign consortium of countries”, while unfortunately failing to raise any prospect of Trump’s previous plan of facilitated voluntary population transfer in Gaza.

In his third segment, Mark talks with Sen. Ron Johnson about the wire tapping of numerous GOP Senators.  They talk about the concern that should the Democrats retake power that they will return to the level of harm and destruction which was pursued during Biden’s administration.

Mark Levin’s Sunday, October 12 Show

In his opening segment of his Sunday show, Mark addresses the fleeting nature of any peace which might come from Trump’s peace plan without further addressing the ideological center of terrorism which has its roots, institutions and scholars in the Middle East.  Importantly, Mark suggests that the regional nations in the Middle East should address this issue, specifically citing that the countries which harbor the terrorist groups and the countries which are sustaining them must act.  Rather than eradicating these radical Jihadi groups, the relevant nations involved have helped focus the threat from these terror groups against the West and against Israel, which is how the battle between civilization and 7th century barbarism has been set in motion.   Mark further details that nations in the Middle East which have engaged with the US for economic and diplomatic benefits are simultaneously and sinisterly partnered with the Jihadi groups against the US.  Challenging that now is the time to deal with these problems, Mark explains that by using Trump’s peace plan as the basis of eradicating the institutionalize Jihadist creed, Islamist terrorism, America’s allies in the region could protect the West from further attacks.  He notes that Trump is the ideal choice to succeed in this endeavor, and calls for the isolation, starvation and eradication of Islamic terrorism throughout the Middle East.  He also specifically notes that Qatar and Saudi Arabia are just two nations which have associations and connections to the terrorist organizations in question which are threatening Israel and the West.  Accepting that the endeavor to eliminate these terror groups will not be an easy achievement, Mark suggests that the work done thus far by Trump and his administration has a greater chance of success than ever before. Explaining that Phase II of Trump’s peace plan does not include the terrorists organizations such as Hamas and the Houthis, but only the Muslim and Arab states which support and house them, he charges that it is time for these nations to act in accordance with the West to eradicate the Jihadists terrorists in their respective realms. The one point of concern which can not be stressed strongly enough, however, and which is essential to defeating the Islamic fascist ideology in the Middle East today, is that it is not just the actual terror groups which must be eliminated, but the entire Jihadi tradition which informs and leads both the Islamic societies and the Islamic religion across the Middle East.  There must be zero toleration for any support of or declaration for terrorism or Jihad in these nations.  Indeed, open debate should not include a carveout for talk of terror, delegitimization of Jews or Westerners, or the desire of pursuing Jihad or creating a world wide Islamic nation.  Failing to pursue these objectives will leave Trump’s initiative in the dust bin of failure  because it will have failed to address the root of the problem which has maintained and propagated the IslmoNazi ideology not only across the region, but across the centuries as well.

In his second segment, Mark talks with Peter Schweizer of the Government Accountability Institute.  Peter states clearly that the Mamdani candidacy for Mayor of New York is a ‘dark echo of the 9/11 terrorist attack’.  Citing the tight association between Mamdani’s family and Qatar’s ruling royal family, Peter recalls the role which the Qatari ruling royal family played in funding and protecting Khaled Sheik Mohammed (KSM), the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks back in the 1990’s.  Peter reminds us that KSM  was granted sanctuary in Qatar for his role in the 1993 attack on the Twin Towers in New York among other terror attacks, and that while he was in Qatar, KSM was actively planning the 9/11 attacks as he enjoyed a no-show job in the employ of the Qatari family.  When the FBI contacted the Qataris about interviewing KSM regarding his role in the 1993 attack, instead of acting in support of the US, the Qataris helped ferret KSM away, thus obstructing the US efforts in what might well have prevented the 9-11 attacks. In addition to this, Peter also notes that the Qatari family is both helping to fund Mamdani’s campaign, and also promoting him on social media.  More than this, Mamdani was recently brought onto Qatari TV where he openly attacked the US while using the language of jihad to condemn the US support for Israel and claimed that the US was responsible for supporting ‘genocide’ in Gaza.  Peter also warns about the support which Mamdani has with the International News Agency, which is based in Tehran.  This organization has been actively promoting Mamdani as having values which are Islamic and that his strategy towards victory is tied to his cultivating Muslim votes in the coming election.  Another news group, this one with ties to Hezbollah, expressed joy following Mamdani’s successful bid to become the Democratic nominee for NYC mayor, and while celebrating Mamdani’s success, this news group raised the prospect that Mamdani’s political opportunities might actually include the possible appointment as head of the Dept of Homeland Security. In closing this segment, Peter raises the issue surrounding Trump’s campaign to address the rising problem with Antifa.  He explains that Antifa and other groups conducting violent protests in America are actually receiving funding from both domestic radical progressive groups as well as international groups to foment violence on the streets of America.  He is calling for the US government to investigate and prosecute these domestic and international groups for this support and has recently shared his findings with the US govt towards pursuing this end.

In his third segment, Mark talks with Eric Trump about his new book which describes the role he played in the various Lawfare tactics which were developed to try to destroy Pres. Trump and his family.
