Michael Savage: Obama’s lies about Israel are deadly

Hillary Clinton’s statement to a Muslim audience in Bangladesh that President Obama has a particular respect for Islam among all religions accentuates the administration’s dangerously naive relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, says nationally syndicated talk-radio host Michael Savage.

The secretary of state speaks “as if Islam built America,” Savage told his “Savage Nation” listening audience last night, which ranks third nationwide.

According to Clinton, said Savage, “It wasn’t Christians who came over on the Mayflower; it wasn’t Christians who wrote the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution; but it was Muslims.”

Savage, who has presented his case against another Obama term in his new bestselling book, “Trickle Down Tyranny: Crushing Obama’s Dream Of The Socialist States Of America,” declared: “You can only bend over backwards so far until your spine breaks.”

Clinton was responding to a student at a public forum Sunday in Muslim-majority Bangladesh who asked about the perception that the U.S. was against Islam.

“That hurts me so much,” Clinton said. “It’s a painful perception to hear about, and I deeply regret that anyone believes that or propagates it.”

She said extremists have “perverted” the teachings of Islam, and she emphasized that Obama “has sent a very clear message of respect and appreciation of all religions, and in particular, of Islam.”

Savage asked: “Why does this administration find it necessary – a day after we find another group of Muslims trying to blow up another airplane – to bend over backwards and tell us a big lie about the wonders of Islam?”

America, he said, has become a “land where our worst enemies are praised but our allies are stiffed.”

He noted that one month ago, members of Obama’s National Security Council met in the White House with envoys from the Muslim Brotherhood.

“He treats radical Islamists in the Middle East like friends then stiffs Israel and Western European allies,” Savage said of Obama.

Savage noted that the Arab Spring revolution in Egypt, which the U.S. has affirmed, is seen by the Muslim Brotherhood as a path toward its aim of building a Middle East Islamic empire based in Jerusalem and, ultimately, the global conquest of Islam.

The Jerusalem Post reported yesterday that a Muslim Brotherhood preacher told a crowd at a recently rally at a Cairo soccer stadium that the Brotherhood’s Egyptian presidential candidate is helping realize that “dream.”

“The capital of the caliphate – the capital of the United States of the Arabs – will be Jerusalem, Allah willing,” Safwat Higazi said.

“Our capital shall not be in Cairo, Mecca or Medina,” he said, before leading the crowd in chants of “Millions of martyrs march toward Jerusalem.”

Savage commented: “Is there a Jew in America who doesn’t understand that [the Obama administration] is a pro-Muslim regime?”

Citing Martin Luther King Jr., Savage argued that anti-Zionism is really anti-Semitism.

“If you’re a Democrat and you’re voting for Obama, you’re voting for your death,” he said.

Savage’s show, with more than 10 million listeners, airs live Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern. It can be heard online through stations such as KSTE in Sacramento.

  1. @ Catarin:

“As for Savage who cares what he thinks?”

Obviously those 10 million/plus listeners (on 400 stations) that the article mentioned; that’s who “cares what he thinks.”

There are only three other broadcasters who have a bigger audience.

  2. @ yamit82:

“Obama was backed by 49 percent of registered voters, compared to 42 percent who supported Romney…”

The key word here is “registered.”

If they polled likely voters, they’d be more reliable.

Rasmussen is the only pollster who tests likely voters

    — which is why his track record for accurately calling elections is substantially better than anybody else’s.

(It’s not a flawless record, TBS, but clearly the best.)

And his latest tracking poll has Romney ahead by 48-43.

    Check out Dick Morris’ take.

Actually, the Declaration of Independence and Constitution were written by men who were mostly Free Masons. I have a theory that civil wars in England and France between Protestants and Catholics fighting for kings or popes so turned them off they did not want to be associated with Christianity.

As for Savage who cares what he thinks? Or Is? Obama has relatives who are Muslims. Maybe he likes his relatives.

It is not that easy. Washington was probably Christian. Being Christian does not excluse one from the freemasons. Evangelicals and Catholics condemn freemasonry, but mainstream Protestants do not.

A good portion of the signers of the Declaration of Independence were what we would call born-again Christians.

  4. Come to think of it, I’m not sure that comment #5 is actually Bill Levinson. Someone is up to his old tricks impersonating Israpundit commenters.

I don’t think that many independents listen to Savage or read his books.

Poll: Obama Extends Lead Over Romney
New Ipsos poll finds that Obama has extended his lead over Romney to seven percentage points.

The poll, which was published on Tuesday, found that Obama’s new lead is due to increased support from independent voters and some optimism over the economy.

Obama was backed by 49 percent of registered voters, compared to 42 percent who supported Romney. In April, the poll showed Obama leading over Romney 47 percent to 43 percent. Independents swung behind Obama, the poll found. 48 percent approved and 40 percent disapproved of his performance in May compared to 37 percent who approved and 57 percent who disapproved in April.

Looks like your campaign isn’t bringing in the desired results. Then Republicans are more stupid than democrats, if judgements can be made by those who they select for their nominees.

Think about it you have almost 20% of Americans unemployed or underemployed and you select a billionaire who made most of his money either shipping jobs to China or asset raiding most of the companies he invested in. Then as a cure for Americas ills that he and those like him created, they propose strict austerity that will hurt those already hurting and promises that they will be hurting even more while protecting the rich.

What would she know of those ‘teachings’?

My dollar to your donut says she’s never read the Qur’an, let alone the Hadith.

Americans don’t read their own scriptures and the ones who do for the most part don’t understand what they read. You want a socialist progressive Christian to be knowledgeable of another belief system?

The only group they can all agree on to hate and criticize are the Jews who not only don’t fight back but kiss their collective asses and in the case of Hilary (the Jew Hater) they kiss a big fat humungous ass.

  9. @ Bill Levinson:
Militant Muslims can’t build anything as sophisticated as the Mayflower, although they are certainly capable of destroying passenger aircraft built by Jews and Christians. All they know how to do is destroy.

Islam has created next to nothing.

Even Arabic numbers were actually invented by the Aryan Hindus of the Himalayas and merely tranmitted to the West via trade routes.

Arabic medical genius was taken from Greek texts, often taught to them by Jews such as Maimonides.

Whenever Islam takes over a society, there is a 1-2 century transition where the echo of former genius survives. Early Islamic architecture in Israel has statues, which is forbidden by Islam. But during the transition they allowed some degree of Roman art.

In Spain, the first few centuries of Islamic Rule under the Ummayads produced genius because the Ummayads assimilated and started drinking wine, etc.

But when the Almohids took over, a radical group from Morocco, the collapse of Islamic Spain started. The Almohids were so brutally fundamentalist that the Christians started fighting back in earnest. Nothing more creative was done.

Most of what is passed off as Islamic genius in any society was either borrowed, or created during the transition when large parts of the society’s population are NOT yet Islamic.

For ex: The Rubiyat of Omar Khayyam speaks of drinking wine. Obviously, they were still in transition.
    http://www.newenglishreview.org/Norman_Berdichevsky/Omar_Khayyam's_Rubaiyat_-_an_Antidote_for_Islamic_Fundamentalism/
Khayyam worked at time when Persia was not yet fundamentalist.

When Islam finally sets in, decay sets in.

Eventually fundamentalism will set in. The fate of all Islamic societies is pre-Saud Arabia.
