Netanyahu’s document officially revealed: Although Netanyahu declared war in the early morning hours of October 7, the declaration *was not implemented* until late at night (actually until October 8). The reason: The Defense Ministry and the Defense Ministry claimed – contrary to the law – that Netanyahu had no authority to declare war, so to speak.

As stated in the Ratzab document – Netanyahu announced the declaration of war at 10:00 in the morning, in addition he went public at 11:30 and announced in his voice “We are at war”, and he stated this *again* at the cabinet meeting at noon (Ratzab). However, this was also to no avail. The legal advice refused to approve effective strikes because “a vote of the government is needed” – an event that could only have occurred later, since there were ministers who could not arrive amid all the chaos. Only in the night hours after the massacre was there a government meeting held in which a *vote* was held and then a cabinet meeting in which the declaration of war was approved, as previously revealed for the first time.  @Motty53 It goes without saying that the legal advice’s claims in this context are completely contrary to the reasonable interpretation of the law.

The practical meaning – in the critical moments on October 7, when our brothers and sisters are being slaughtered, butchered, raped, and burned:

* It is forbidden to attack inside Israel in places where terrorists have raided. Just for example: – At 2 p.m., the alert team in Bari begs for a helicopter *that was on site* to eliminate 50 terrorists who had taken up residence in the garden. It turns around and does nothing. – Another helicopter whose pilot sees terrorists with RPGs and receives an order – in real time – not to attack them – while Brigadier General Oren Solomon, while in the inferno near the Nova party, is begging the senior echelon for air support, the helicopter that was sent to meet him, flying in the sky for about half an hour, identified the terrorists, but returned as it came ‘because it was not sure with sufficient certainty’. The pilots do not shoot without the signature of the Attorney General *on any target*
Again: The pilots do not shoot without the signature of the Attorney General *on any target* (This may sound harsh, but this figure is in full consensus, there is no media outlet that has not reported on it, in one way or another. See in response to the post).

* It is forbidden to attack in Gaza all the places to which senior Hamas officials and activists have fled, such as shelters or hospitals, etc., since these have been declared ‘humanitarian shelters’ that are forbidden to be attacked! * The attacks that have already taken place in Gaza – were also carried out after the ‘tapping on the roof’ along That whole damn day! The hairs on your head were standing on end: our brothers and sisters are being killed, slaughtered, beheaded – and we? Bomb empty buildings in Gaza??? * It was forbidden to attack even in Gaza in places where there are some “uninvolved” – despite a new military directive on the matter that was distributed during the massacre at 1:00 PM for this very purpose!

In other words: there was no way to harm Hamas senior officials or activists who were near their families and/or neighbors! * In general, as Alon Ben David testifies, every bombing of a specific target required the signature of a legal advisor from the Military Prosecutor’s Office, without which no bomb would be dropped on any target, *with all that is implied* * The ‘Hannibal Procedure’ was not activated. Since the kidnappings were carried out in ‘waves’, i.e.: the terrorists transferred hostages to Gaza and returned to Israel to transfer additional hostages – the failure to activate the procedure allowed the additional waves of kidnappings! * The supply of fuel and electricity to Gaza continued even during those terrible hours, until a cabinet decision was passed on the night of October 8th to stop the supply! All of these, with a few exceptions, were not carried out – even in the midst of the most deadly and terrible blow the Jewish people have suffered since returning to their land. Finally, we should note that this is not just Netanyahu’s statement: * The commander of the Air Force declared war as early as 7:15 in the morning. However, he himself testifies that his orders were not carried out!! * The commander of the Amatz declared war at 7:58 a.m. * The commander of the Gaza Division declared war as early as 6:45 a.m. – But the IDF and the IDF refused to comply with the determination of the security gatekeepers and did not heed their pleas. There are no words that can describe the horror.

The public demand must be clear: It is impossible that out of all the IDF wings and units – the Military Prosecution Service in particular was not investigated for its conduct on Black Sabbath. We must insist on an effective investigation. Then, and only then, will we begin to understand – where the Air Force really was on October 7. – Links and sources galore – in response to the post.
