Our Christian friends

Greetings!

“The first design for the official seal of the United States recommended by Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson in 1776 depicts the Jews crossing the Red Sea. The motto around the seal read: ‘Resistance to Tyrants is Obedience to God.'”

On behalf of the PJTN Team, we want to wish you and your family a memorable and meaningful Independence Day!

We the people of the United States of America are facing some of the most difficult days ahead in the history of this nation and possibly the darkest since the Civil War.  As we unite to celebrate our independence, I am including an article about the Judeo-Christian heritage that influenced our Biblical legacy and our responsibility to uphold that birthright that you can share with family and friends.

America and Jewish Values

With an Administration that is more interested in establishing Muslim Brotherhood governments in the Middle East, funding terrorists in Syria and negotiating with the Taliban
, all these efforts work to further weaken our position around the world and alienate our only true friend and ally in the Middle East, Israel.

On this national holiday, “We the People” must recommit ourselves to play a greater role in our government’s affairs.  This holiday should remind us that freedom is not free.  Every generation has the responsibility to uphold and defend our Constitution and liberties.

“What did not Moses forsake and suffer for his countrymen! What shining examples of patriotism do we behold in Joshua, Samuel, Maccabees and all the illustrious princes, captains and prophets among the Jews.” Benjamin Rush

So as we celebrate this important national holiday, I hope that you will remember to thank Almighty God for His Divine Providence as well as our Jewish brethren for the important contribution they made in the birth of this great nation.

“…it would be a mistake…to ascribe to Roman legal conceptions an undivided sway over the development of law and institutions during the Middle Ages… The Laws of Moses as well as the laws of Rome contributed suggestions and impulse to the men and institutions which were to prepare the modern world; and if we could have but eyes to see… we should readily discover how very much besides religion we owe to the Jew.”
U.S. President Woodrow Wilson

May Almighty God bless you for all you do to make this nation “a light shining on a hill” and a continued blessing to our dearest friend, Israel!
