The third week of December 2020 should go down in history as a lesson in how countries attempted to combine military power, technology and messaging through media to prevent conflict.

On January 6, a joint session of Congress will open with Vice President Pence presiding as president of the Senate.  His power will be plenary and unappealable.  You heard that right.  As president of the Senate, every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection “out of order” or “denied.”  His task will be to fulfill his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed.  This is a high standard of performance, and V.P. Pence will have two choices.  He can roll over on “certified” electors, or he can uphold the law.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution gives state legislatures “plenary authority” as enunciated in Bush v. Gore.  This is key, since the counting of votes is discussed in Article II, the 12th Amendment, and 3 USC 15.  To this we must add the history of counting and objections recounted by Alexander Macris (here and here).  Put bluntly, it’s as clear as mud.  Add to that the fact that the contested states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have sent dueling slates of electors to D.C.  This means that the V.P. has to decide how he will handle the situation when two sealed envelopes are handed to him from any of those states.

A federal appeals court on Thursday dismissed President Donald Trump’s lawsuit in Wisconsin that sought to declare that election officials had acted unconstitutionally during the 2020 presidential election.

A three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled to uphold a lower court decision rejecting the president’s case that argues that the 2020 election in Wisconsin was conducted in an unlawful and unconstitutional manner.

Civil rights activist Carol Swain, who was just named to President Trump’s “1776 Commission” to teach American heritage, told Just the News this week she is dismayed that “affluent black kids are demanding lowered standards” instead of equal treatment under the law.

Swain, a prominent African-American social and political commentator, said she’s also horrified that left-leaning activists today are dismissing time-tested social virtues and institutions like punctuality, proper grammar, the nuclear family, diligence and perseverance as examples of “whiteness” or “white-dominant culture.”

– The bad guys wanted to destroy the AT&T building because it contained machines that contained a great deal of information that was damning to the bad guys.
– So they packed the RV with explosives enough to destroy the reinforced AT&T building and all machines in it.
– The good Guys, Trump, knew this was happening and acted.
– They emptied the RV of most of its explosives, broadcasted a warning for all to evacuate, and when they were sure the whole area was evacuated, blew up the RV from Space or at least from a very high altitude perhaps using laser beams.
– The machines were thus left intact.
– he doesn’t say how they removed the explosives without being detected or whether they seized the machines.
– The buy guys then started spreading lies about a suicide bomber having done it.
– It is very important to Trump’s plans for Jan 6/21 that one million patriots show up. He wants all Congressmen and Senators to be fully aware of how the people feel about the fraud.
– He said again that Trump was sealing off the US so that bad guys couldn’t escape.

Putting the $1B in perspective, if this money would be given to Americans instead, it would increase their payment by $3 each.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday docketed an appeal filed by President Donald Trump’s campaign that seeks to reverse cases by a state court but did not immediately act on the campaign’s request to expedite the case.

Instead, the top court’s docket shows a Jan. 22, 2021. deadline—two days after the presidential inauguration day—for when the state is required to respond to the request for appeal.
