Islam, New York & Zoran Mamdani: The Clip EVERY American Must See

Peloni:  The failure to name the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist entity has had many devastating consequences over the years, and yet following earlier claims that an executive order supporting such a classification have gone without any further comment over the past months as we stand at about 10months into Trump’s current term.  When we recognize that if the Muslim Brotherhood had been identified as a terrorist group, it would have crippled the source of funding for Mamdani’s campaign, we are left pondering why America remains today on the wrong list of countries regarding the banning of the Muslim Brotherhood.

US pushes for UN resolution on Gaza to support peace plan

Peloni:  The mandate system established at the end of WWI gained its authority from the Supreme Allied Powers who defeated the Ottoman Empire, the treaty from which allowed them to dispose of the territories as described in subsequent treaties.  What is taking form in Gaza is that Israel succumbed to paying ransom for the hostages taken and tortured over the past two years, thus incentivizing further hostage taking.  Meanwhile, Gaza is to be placed under a newly reformed version of the unreformable Palestinian Authority and that the reforms being instituted in this den of iniquity would be by nations such as Indonesia which currently do not even recognize Israel’s right to exist.

The US is seeking a United Nations Security Council resolution on Gaza “aimed at bolstering President Donald Trump’s Gaza peace plan, including by greenlighting an international security force,” France24 reported on November 6. The UN Security Council was expected to begin negotiations on the text. The goal is to “authorize a two-year mandate for a transitional governance body and international stabilization force,” Reuters noted.

Peloni:  This would be an important and empowering policy change.

A long-dormant vision for a gas pipeline linking Israel to Europe is back in serious consideration, Israeli Energy and Infrastructure Minister Eli Cohen confirmed this week. Speaking after high-level meetings with counterparts from Greece, Cyprus, and the United States in Athens, Cohen said the geopolitical landscape has shifted in favor of reviving the strategic project.

“After Gaza, will the India-Middle East Economic Corridor get back on track?” with Michael Rubin

Peloni:  This is an important interview with Laurie Reagan and Michael Rubin.  Recall that Bibi timed his speech at the UNGA with an emphasis on the IMEC to take place just prior to the execution strike on Nasrallah in 2023.  The importance of this project has international benefits and consequences which are being ignored by many, but not likely by the nations affected by it.  The success of this project will change many things, as explained below.

‘A club of strength’ – Trump announces: Kazakhstan has joined the Abraham Accords

Peloni:  This was a credible and important development, much more honest and strengthening than for a nation such as Syria, with its current Islamist regime, to join the AA alliance system.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced Thursday night that Kazakhstan has joined the Abraham Accords. In a post published that night, Trump wrote: “I just held a great call between Prime Minister Netanyahu, of Israel, and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is the first Country of my Second Term to join the Abraham Accords, the first of many.”

It’s All About China

Peloni:  This is an important article.  Lee Smith draws together many themes which I have argued over the past many months, beginning with the awareness that everything that Trump has done since entering office has been in accord with an interest in challenging Chinese interests.  Lee explains that what has thus far been labeled as a “trade war” between the United States and China is in fact only one component of a much broader strategic confrontation, a war against a so-called “China axis” that spans trade, technology, geopolitics and military competition. It begins by recounting how U.S.-made electronic components, procured by Chinese firms and passed on to Iranian agents and proxies such as Hamas and the Houthis, were used in Middle Eastern attacks — a concrete example of how Chinese-linked supply chains now weaponize American technology. The author uses this to illustrate a deeper strategic competition, beyond mere tariffs.

History of Gaza In Biblical and Post-Biblical Times [Power Point Slides]

Peloni:  Gaza is Jewish land.  It held the blood and bodies of Jewish lives going back 35oo years.  This fact was recognized in both the demarcation of boundaries set for the League of Nations Mandate of Palestine, as well as in subsequent defensive wars brought upon the people of Israel by her enemies over the years.  To permanently excise this land from the people of Israel is not just a violation of standing international agreements, it will stand as a reward of slaughter and a mark of shame against all who might support doing so.

Witkoff: Nation to join Abraham Accords, reportedly Kazakhstan

Peloni:  Kazakhstan has had a long history of close ties with Israel for many years now, making it joining the Abraham Accords a natural fit. It is important for Israel to find peace with its neighbors, but like the peace which exists for some time now with Kazakhstan, making peace should not come at the costs of security by Israel, nor should it make Israel dependent upon its treaty partners for any aspect of its security.  Instead peace should be agreed upon because all parties actually want peace, not because it secures an existential threat around Israel’s neck in the form of preventing the extension of sovereignty over Judea and Samaria.  All sides should gain a sense of stability, economic windfalls, and intermingling of societies, otherwise it is all a deception in the form of war by other means.  Peace between Israel and Kazakhstan should be the model, not the exception, to how peace in the region is pursued.
