Peloni:  Great synopsis of the reality facing the US, Israel and the world as the US election continues to unfold.  Also, Sen. Cruz relates the current situation in Texas, which he states is being said to now be a one point race.

Peloni:  Erin once again chastises the world for its lack of strenght and moral leadership as the demand for ceasefires and negotiations with the butchers behind the Simchat Torah massacre are once again revived over the Simchat Torah holiday.  There can be only one end for the blight which the Mullah controlled Iran represents, and that is complete and utter defeat and unconditional surrender.  Any nation or group which might suggest any other outcome is simply complicit in the pursuit of Israel’s final destruction while simultaneously turning the world over to the barbarians who are not taking any pretense about their desire to see both Israel and the West destroyed.

Peloni:  Perhaps Iran will respond, thus providing a second opportunity for Israel to respond in such a way that the Iranian regime is significantly crippled, but this was clearly not the road chosen in this attack.  It was a missed opportunity to destabilize the regime.  Or so I would argue.

The 2024 Democratic National Convention opened with the claim that “our country was built on Indigenous homelands” from tribes that had been there “since time immemorial.” The American Lung Association’s DEI office tells members to begin by stating that “the land on which we stand” used to belong to Indian tribes who are now suffering from the “on-going violence and repression” of “tobacco-related health, indoor and outdoor air inequities.”

“The ACLU of Northern California exists on the occupied territory of over 100 tribes,” the Communist founded activist group thundered. New York declares that “the land politically designated as New York City to be the homeland of the Lenape who were violently displaced as a result of European settler colonialism” also known as the United States of America.

Dwight Waldo, whose 1948 book The Administrative State gave the eponymous term widespread usage, believed that public administration is rational action designed to maximize public goals.

Unfortunately, the administrative state and its bureaucrats no longer have the public on their minds.

Without any constitutional authority, the administrative state frames, enforces, and adjudicates the regulations of a plethora of alphabet agencies. Unelected bureaucrats, politicized by monied NGOs and lobbyists, exercise powers of all three branches of government, disregarding the separation of powers and the checks-and-balances provisions of the Constitution.

Did you know that prior to Israel’s Declaration of Independence on May 15, 1948, that Gaza was part of the Palestine Mandate and the Jews were entitled to sovereignty over it?

UNGA resolution 181 divided the mandate land into two states; one for the Arabs and one for the Jews. It was  called the Partition Plan.  This Plan was in violation of Israel’s right to all the land as provided by the San Remo Resolution and the Palestine Mandate.

Israel’s Declaration of  Independence on May 15, 1948, pertained to the land allocated to the Jews. The Arabs made no such declaration and chose war instead, They were joined by Jordan, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon in an effort to annihilate Israel.  An armistice could not be achieved, until Israel turned the tables, and started winning territory from the  Arabs.
