The U.S. government is intensifying a manhunt for an Iranian intelligence operative who the Federal Bureau of Investigation believes has been plotting to assassinate current and former American officials, including one-time Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
The FBI’s Miami field office on Friday issued a public alert seeking information on Majid Dastjani Farahani, a suspected member of Iran’s Ministry of Intelligence and Security, who the Bureau alleged has been recruiting “individuals for operations in the U.S., to include lethal targeting of current/former USG officials.”

T.Belman. The Jordan Option provides that Israel will be the sovereign from the river to the sea. In adition, It is also a two state solution. Jordan will be renamed Palestine and the Jordan River will be the border between the two states as it is now.
Netanyahu agrees with this when he says Israel ‘s military will remain in control. That makes us the sovereign.

After Biden came home from his Caribbean vacation, the Deputy Defense Secretary came back from hers and the Secretary of Defense was on the verge of being released from the hospital, airstrikes were finally authorized against the Houthi Jihadis attacking ships in the Red Sea.
Biden said that the air strikes sent “a clear message that the United States and our partners will not tolerate attacks on our personnel or allow hostile actors to imperil freedom of navigation in one of the world’s most critical commercial routes.”

Peloni: The result of the leaked proposal will be nothing more than a more egregious replay of the failed Gas Deal which the US forced Israel to accept to no benefit under the lame duck premiership of Lapid. The need to not repeat such a pursuit of failure is made even greater in wake of the Simchat Torah Massacre. The only settlement possible must result in Hezbollah complying with UNSC Res. 1701 and 1559. The Chamberlain-esque efforts to advance the interests of Hezbollah over Israel must be utterly rejected.
A ceasefire should not become an end in itself. The goal needs to be the security of civilians on both sides of the border. That is not what the leaked proposed agreement provides.

According to a report broadcast several days ago on Israel’s Channel 11, various Lebanese media reports carried new details of the plan being promoted by US envoy Amos Hochstein. The plan contains a ceasefire framework for Israel and Lebanon.
Hochstein is the US Special Presidential Coordinator for Global Infrastructure and Energy Security, and he has been conducting shuttle diplomacy between Israel and Lebanon in an effort to broker a ceasefire.

Fighting terrorists who wear no uniform in urban terrain is complicated—as one of us learned during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, battlefields that, however terrible, were simpler than Gaza. On Saturday, The Times of Israel reported U.S. forces made the first airdrop of supplies over the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip — roughly 38,000 meals for the people in the place that elected the terrorist organization that launched the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks.
U.S. Central Command said it and the Jordanian Air Force “conducted a combined humanitarian assistance airdrop into Gaza … to provide essential relief to civilians affected by the ongoing conflict.”

America isn’t free and elections can’t be fair if a former president can be the subject of a shakedown by his political opposition.
Voters in a few months are supposed to cast a ballot for their preferred presidential candidate. Meanwhile, we just watched one of our major political parties attempt to literally bankrupt the likely nominee of the other, and seize his property.
Whatever you want to say of America anymore, it can’t possibly be called free and our elections aren’t anything close to fair.
Opinion: Proposing a cease-fire with Germany without the complete surrender of the Nazis would’ve been considered insane; same goes for the axis of evil which has already announced that as soon as Israel holds her fire, it will renew its effort to destroy the Jewish state.

When the Luftwaffe carried out the blitz on London, it was a war crime. When the Americans and British bombed Tokyo, Dresden, Hamburg, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, hundreds of thousands of innocent people were killed. But it was not a crime. This was a necessity in order to defeat the Nazi axis of evil.
When the U.S. launched the war on terror, bombing Fallujah, Mosul and Raqqa among others to defeat al Qaeda or ISIS, hundreds of thousands were killed. This was not a war crime. It was a necessity, even though there was no existential threat to the West.
