In the midst of the Gaza war, which has seen tensions with Tehran continue to rise, nuclear trafficking almost entered the already hostile situation for American troops in the Middle East.
E.Rowell: This analysis asserts that the money being asked for in the US Congress will not help, since the problem for Ukraine is the lack of manpower. There are just not enough men to fight the war. The consequences of the war in Ukraine so far have been hundreds of thousands of deaths of Ukrainians, damage and destruction to the economies of Ukraine, the US, and Europe, all in the vain hopes of destroying Russia.

US officials tell NBC News that despite increasing pressure, US President Joe Biden remains unwilling to fundamentally shift his policy in support of Israel by placing conditions on military aid to Jerusalem.
Biden has privately expressed skepticism to some Democrats that withholding weaponry to Israel would be effective, arguing that while Jerusalem would like more security aid, it does not currently need it, NBC News reports, citing a source familiar with the matter.
Even though I knew about the violence of Oct. 7, I was still shocked to see the evidence of these killings at the kibbutz and the music fair site firsthand. This evil is why Hamas must be destroyed.

This week, I visited Israel with General Keith Kellogg, my colleague at the America First Policy Institute, to learn about the state of the Israel-Hamas War and Israel-U.S. relations. “This morning, the IDF coordinated a convoy of 38 trucks to provide additional humanitarian assistance to the residents of northern Gaza. This humanitarian aid came from Egypt, went through a security screening at the Kerem Shalom humanitarian crossing in Israel, and then entered Gaza for distribution by private contractors,” Hagari began.

It was cleared for publication that Yitzhak Zeiger, 57, is one of the two Israelis who were murdered in a terrorist shooting attack at a gas station at the entrance to Eli this afternoon (Thursday).
Zeiger volunteered with the police, with the ZAKA organization, and the Magen David Adom organization, and as a medic in the community of Psagot where he lived. He leaves behind his wife, three children and two grandchildren.
