Controversial E1 plan has been announced, and then withdrawn, several times
Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich announced on Wednesday evening that he would approve the E1 plan, which calls for the construction of over 3,000 housing units in Ma’aleh Adumim, located east of Jerusalem.
Peloni: There is no deal which can be made with those whose entire existence, whose entire society, and whose only salvation, is based on your destruction. Indeed, pretending that victory can be negotiated with such barbarians as Israel faces is in fact no more rational or equitable than the suggestion that paying Hamas would keep them from attacking which led to the folly of October 7. They don’t want life, they don’t want delays, and they don’t want cash. They simply want us dead. It is time that a choice is made which disengages their ability to achieve their goals, and that is to pursue the nonnegotiable end of total victory over all of Gaza, now.

Greece too often sides with deliberate butchers of infants who claim Jews have no historic claims to the land of Israel.
Sovereignty refers to the defined right of nations, the ‘ownership’ of their territories and national interests.

Europe Needs to Rethink Support for Zelensky

Peloni: Mike Doran talks with Focus on the video beginning at the 26min mark, where they discuss the Emirates Plan, and how it provides is actually directed against the fulfillment of Arab national interests. One point which is not addressed here is how the Emirates plan might be distinguished from the Village Leagues, a plan which was put in place some 40yrs ago, in which the leaders of the relative Arab communities came to be portrayed as Israeli stooges. Also, how would the clans deal with the anti-Israel sentiments cemented in the Arab communities, which is the result of tolerating radical elements in Arab society and in the Arab educational system. If these radical elements are not purged from the clans at the outset, they will inevitably provide the foundation for the Emirates Plan failing along the same guidelines which crippled the Village Leagues plan. Do recall that the aspirations of Palestinian statehood are simply the active pretext of seeing the destruction of the Jewish State and subjugation and slaughter of the Jews. This is true for the PA as it is true for Hamas, and this is the focus of the Iranians. So eliminating the radicals from the clans who would continue to push for this ultimate goal of destroying Israel should be an important element within the implementation of any plan going forward.

One reads with amazement and disbelief the latest statement issued by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney after his July 30 discussion two weeks ago with the president of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas.
Peloni: Washington is the face of the American nation. It is also where the nation’s agenda is decided. The lawlessness which has abounded in that den of iniquity for years now affects both of these factors, yet, to be honest, the latter seems to be more relevant than the first. In fact, it is in the realm of such intentional chaos and unbridled crime that political violence is able to intimidate lawmakers, which is of course a feature, rather than a bug, of the lawlessness of Washington and many other similar regions of the US where crime is sanctioned rather than prosecuted. Draining the swamp in America begins with returning law and order to Washington DC, and then expanding that example across the American nation. America’s dedication to the rule of law is what came to distinguish that great nation as the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. While corruption and political violence has replaced law and order in the American capital and elsewhere, returning to the principles of equality before the law, in combination with transparency and accountability, is how America returns to once more be the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. It is also what distinguished the American nation among the nations of the world, as these Judeo-Christian principles gave rise to the Western world, which is now sadly in a state of severe decline, specifically because these principles have been abandoned for the medieval practices of autocracy, discrimination, and arbitrary rule.
