It’s been a gold star week for the men and women of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Nearly six months after the events of January 6, the FBI, under the direction of Joe Biden’s vengeful Justice Department, is accelerating the nationwide manhunt for anyone involved. Since June 23, agents have arrested 17 people from Florida to California. Charges range from assaulting police officers and criminal trespassing to something called “destruction of property in special maritime and territorial jurisdiction and aiding and abetting.”

I have often wondered about people who express themselves under cover of anonymity.  I suspect that despite the bravado to support his vulgarity, he prefers secrecy lest he be recognized by family and friends.  He is properly deserving of shame.  He suggests that an incredible evil befall the world.

In response to my essay, “Endangered Species,” I received a reply from someone signed Kelvin Throop, who is R.A.J. Phillips’s literary character known for his acerbic memos.  His/her identity, therefore, remains anonymous.  And no wonder, inasmuch as s(he) expresses a theory for settling the strife in the Middle East that is taken from the worst inhumanity of Islam and Hitler’s fascism.  It is presented as an objective, modest proposal of conveniently disappearing an entire people.

Supreme Court ruling upholding Arizona voting restrictions could spell trouble for a legal challenge by U.S Attorney General Merrick Garland to a new Georgia election integrity law.

The court ruled Thursday in a 6-3 vote that a set of Arizona voting rules do not violate federal law. Breaking along conservative-liberal ideological lines, the court found that the state’s voting policies were not enacted with a racially discriminatory purpose that would have violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act.

The US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is “overwhelmed” with reports of vaccine adverse effects in the wake of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough last week told Laura Ingraham on Fox News.

Asked to address the possibility of underreporting of COVID-19 vaccine-related “cardiac complications,” McCullough said he thought the CDC was “overwhelmed” by the massive increase in reports of vaccine adverse events.

“The CDC every year with all the vaccines combined get about 16,000 safety reports and about 25 deaths reported to the VAERS system. So far with COVID-19 they’ve received over 300,000 safety reports, over 6,000 deaths, nearly 20,000 hospitalizations, I think they’re completely overwhelmed,” he assessed.

T. Belman. Miller is absolutely right. But he leaves out the questions, why did Biden pressure Israel to accept an early ceasefire and why is Biden rushing to rebuild Gaza. The answer I think is that he wanted either to placate the extreme left in his party and to protect Hamas or both. In protecting Hamas, he is protecting an Iranian proxy and thus striving for brownie points in his negotiations with Iran.. Perhaps he only did it to keep Israel weak.

After another day of deliberations, on Tuesday night, the settlers of the illegal Evyatar outpost agreed to the wording of a compromise with the Israeli government that reflects most of their ambitions. As part of the proposal, the settlers waived the demand they raised during negotiations that a yeshiva be established in the outpost as early as August, in order to maintain a continuous civilian presence at the site even after the evacuation. It has now been agreed that the yeshiva will be established only after the state determines the land’s legal status.

Peace is only a reality between states that are rational and can in time become friendly towards each other. Today leftists and all those who shout out the vacuous phrase, “peace and justice,” have turned those once noble words into soiled and tarnished rags.

They have become the very folk who, through one of life’s supreme ironies, shout down dissenting voices and thus become guilty of the very violent behavior they claim to oppose. The universities and colleges have become hotbeds of radicalized students who chant slogans of peace and justice yet howl down invited speakers with whom they disagree. Free speech withers on today’s university campus while tenured professors, smiling indulgently, espouse the monolithic message of the Left, which tolerates no disagreement.

However, something overlooked is the fact that for the first time in the country’s history, there is a prime minister and leader of the opposition who are both firmly and ideologically on the right and in the hawkish camp.

Indeed, despite personal and certain policy differences between Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and former Prime Minister and current opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu, there is little daylight between them on the Palestinian issue.
