What can a skeptical world expect from Naftali Bennett?

The future of the “pro-change government” is still in doubt, and its prospects are dubious. But despite the political attacks, the prospective new prime minister has a lot to offer.

Bennett 'still fighting' to establish right-wing government

This isn’t the way he planned on becoming prime minister of Israel. When Naftali Bennett left the world of high-tech to enter Israeli politics, the idea that he might achieve the top spot by pushing aside Benjamin Netanyahu would have been inconceivable to him. And even later on, as he led a party to the right of Likud, he regarded it as an ally of the premier, not an opponent – let alone the engine of his political demise. Any notion of him succeeding Netanyahu was a scenario that smart political observers believed was something that could only occur after Netanyahu had retired and also involved Bennett rejoining the Likud.

Gantz indicates he’ll demand cancellation of Jerusalem right-wing parade

T. Belman. Unacceptable. Under no conditions should we back down. We mustn’t allow ourselves to be intimidated by the Arab mob.

Defense minister says he will oppose holding highly charged event on Thursday if it requires extraordinary security measures and endangers public order

Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Saturday said he will demand a right-wing nationalist parade through Jerusalem’s Old City be called off if it “requires extraordinary security measures and endangers public order and diplomatic processes.”

The controversial march is set to take place in Jerusalem’s Old City on June 10, after police canceled the annual Jerusalem Day march mid-event May 10 when Hamas fired a barrage of rockets toward the city.

Netayahu, not Bennett and Sa’ar, abandoned the right

T. Belman. Bibi is known for holding back the settlement enterprise and not being tough enough on the illegal Arab construction in J&S and on the Bedouin land grab in the Negev. Bennett and Sa’ar are in favour of applying sovereignty in J&S. Bibi did nothing to advance a rightwing agenda. Bennett and Saar will advance the policies of the right with support of his centrist partners then Bibi would have done with the support of Bennett and Sa’ar.

The issue is not that Bennett and Sa’ar have made compromises or abandoned the right, but rather that they have abandoned Netanyahu.

By TOVAH LAZAROFF , JPOST       JUNE 5, 2021 22:34

PRIME MINISTER Benjamin Netanyahu and then-education minister Naftali Bennett in the Knesset in 2017.

In his apparent final days in office, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has fallen back on his tactic of fear mongering in a last-minute bid to retain power.

Just before the start of Shabbat, Netanyahu took a swipe at right-wing party heads Naftali Bennett of Yamina and Gideon Sa’ar of New Hope.

“In the coming week’s affair we will read about the spies affair – public representatives in the nation Israel who took out the livelihood of the land and weakened the spirit of the people just out of concern for their personal position,” Netanyahu wrote. ““Also in our generation, in our time, we must stand up [to] those who were elected by the right-wing voices and do the right thing: to create a strong and good right-wing government that will protect the land of Israel, the citizens of Israel and the state.”

Pennsylvania Republicans Split Over Proposed 2020 Election Audit

BY ZACHARY STIEBER, EPOCH TIMES     June 5, 2021

While some Republicans in the Pennsylvania legislature support an audit of the 2020 election, others do not, making the prospect that a review happens unclear.

State Sens. Doug Mastriano and Cris Dush, along with state Rep. Rob  Kauffman, traveled to Maricopa County, Arizona this week to tour the forensic audit taking place there. Afterward, Mastriano and Dush expressed support for an audit and said they’d take what they learned to the Pennsylvania Senate GOP leadership.

Global Elite Use 3 Giant Financial Companies To Control 88% Of The Corporations Listed On The S&P 500

By

There is no question that large corporations absolutely dominate our society today.  They control what we eat, they control what we watch on television, they own most of the stores that we shop at, they provide the energy that our nation depends upon, and they make almost all of the products that we use.  Tens of millions of Americans make a living by serving these colossal firms, and at this point some of the biggest corporations are larger than many small countries.  But of course the corporations aren’t the top of the food chain.  They have owners, and there are 3 giant financial companies that the global elite use to control 88 percent of the corporations that are currently listed on the S&P 500.

Don’t believe the cynics: Israel’s new government may be durable

By Ted Belman

The CJN published an article entitled Don’t believe the cynics: Israel’s new government may be durable:

But Bennett will have leverage over his coalition partners because the two ultra-Orthodox parties, Shas and United Torah Judaism, will be hoping to get into government to secure funding for their communities, and especially schools linked to each party. If a party makes too many demands of Bennett, he’ll open the door to the ultra-Orthodox parties. This will be especially useful to him if events in the settlements, the West Bank, or Gaza, motivate him to jettison his coalition allies on the left.

Gantz’s Challenges and Agenda as Israel’s New Defense Minister – May 2020

T. Belman. Gantz will continue as Min of Defense.  He gets along with Bennett.  They are both out of the box thinkers and have an eye to the future. Although he was cautious on the Jordan Option, I think he could change on this.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Former IDF chief of staff Benny Gantz officially took up his position as defense minister a week ago. His first challenges will be to wage a bitter struggle for a defense budget and promote a cautious approach to Donald Trump’s peace plan.

In his remarks at his formal appointment ceremony as defense minister last Monday, Benny Gantz recalled the hundreds of times when he, as IDF chief of staff, walked into the defense minister’s bureau, which straddles the bridge that connects IDF headquarters to the Defense Ministry building at the Kirya complex in Tel Aviv.

Fmr Miss Iraq: A Quarter of Muslims Want to Eradicate the U.S. and Israel

By: Breitbart, June 4, 201:

In a video uploaded to YouTube this week, Sarah Idan said Muslims in her home country of Iraq and the rest of the Arab world were taught that “Jews hate Muslims and that Jews seek to destroy the world.”

“Radical Islamist ideologies that teach them that Jews are not even human beings. They are Satanic creatures in human form,” Idan said.

If it could happen in Toronto, it could happen anywhere and is.

T. Belman. Trudeau and all the Canadians, Jews included, who supported Muslim Immigration are responsible for this. I argued strenuously against such immigration and supported Trump’s ban on immigrants from 6 Muslim countries. Jews argued, how can we who were denied entry during the holocaust, deny them entry. I said no comparison. Jews were a threat to no one. Muslims are a threat to all particularly Jews. Even though a small percentage of Muslims are prone to violence and antisemitism, the rest of them, increase their political clout of Jihadis  and give to Muslim charities which goes in large part to Jihad.

We shall not go silently into the night!

I was informed that she could not interrupt the organizers. I waited anxiously for someone- anyone -to say anything about the rein of rockets pummelling Israel.

They didn’t.

Exposing the Media’s Plot to Hide Record Vaccine Deaths and Deceive Americans

Revolver Investigation, Part Three: June 3, 2021 (8h ago)

Reader’s Note: This is Part Two of a three part series. If you haven’t done so, please read Part One here and Part Two here

Guest Post by Michael Thau, Ph.D. REVOLVER

Established in 1990, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is supposed to be “the nation’s frontline system for monitoring vaccine safety.”

In just five and a half months, the VAERS system has already processed more reports of Americans dying after taking a COVID-19 vaccine than it has for all the other 56 available vaccines combined over a 28 year timespan.

Change Block to meet Sunday; Yamina MK confident no more defections ahead

T. Belman. I am encouraged by this. These MK’s are staunch right-wingers and have their life at stake here. The fact that they could be won over tells me that they know things that we have no idea about. I happen to know also something that makes this whole thing understandable and more acceptable.

Gantz urges softer tone with US on Iran, seems to knock Netanyahu’s ‘provoking’

T. Belman.  The read-outs from each party were deeply disturbing.

Gantz is totally wrong to stress private diplomacy over Bibi’s public diplomacy.  What the US wants to do in Gaza is idiotic but its position of the peace process takes the cake:

Washington has made clear that it is not interested in launching high-level peace negotiations between the Israelis and Palestinians, but is interested in promoting positive steps that keep a two-state solution alive while preventing unilateral moves that distance the parties from that resolution.

Israel cannot accept the freeze that is implied here.  We must pursue our own policies both with regard to J&S and Iran. We should insist on the Trump Deal.

US officials push ‘immediate’ aid for Gaza during series of meetings. What’s the rush? Neither side is punishing Hamas for its war crimes yet the UN has created a permanent commission to hound us.

Since we are desperate for the resupply, the US will probably demand we do their bidding in Gaza and J&S in exchange..

Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Thursday that Israel will stay engaged as the US tries to return to a nuclear deal with Iran, sidestepping what has long been an area of open disagreement between the United States and the now-jeopardized government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Senior Biden administration officials raised the need for “immediate” humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip during a series of meetings with Gantz, who was in Washington for a snap visit.

Suggested Gaza solution

Palestinian Arabs have a huge desire to leave the Gaza Strip and at least half of them are willing to leave if they had a place to go. Op-ed

By Frank Mecklenberg, INN

Meanwhile in Rafah, Gaza

Meanwhile in Rafah, Gaza

The news reports of the recent Guardian of the Walls war and of all the attacks on Israel by Hamas leave aspects of the issue that are not discussed and offer no answers. I may not have an answer, but I can suggest a solution.

History

First, it is important to understand why Gaza is Gaza and why it is a strip of land set off by itself.
