Israel-Jordan Relations: Possibilities and Risks
By Dr. Doron Matza, BESA July 16, 2021
BESA Center Perspectives Paper No. 2,097, July 16, 2021
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Even if the improving ties between Jordan and Israel yield a certain diplomatic benefit for Israel, they may indicate a worrisome direction in terms of Israel’s state interests.
An Israeli-Jordanian thaw is finally taking shape after years of tense relations. In what was supposed to be a secret visit, Israeli PM Naftali Bennett met with Jordan’s King Abdullah II in Amman, and FM Yair Lapid met with his Jordanian counterpart. According to reports, Bennett and the king agreed that Israel would transfer millions of cubic meters of water from the Sea of Galilee to Jordan. They also reached agreement on trade cooperation, mainly involving Jordanian exports to the Palestinian Authority.
Lapid attempts to redefine Antisemitism
T. Belman. The idiocy of the Left. They do the same with the holocaust. They universalize it. Antisemitism and the Holocaust uniquely pertain to Jews.
“The anti-Semites weren’t only in the Budapest ghetto,” said Lapid, referring to the place his father and grandmother hid during the Holocaust. He said there were also slave traders—the Hutu who massacred Tutsis in Rwanda, Muslim fanatics and those “who beat LGBTQ people to death.”
By David Isaac
(July 16, 2021 / JNS) The 7th Global Forum for Combating Antisemitism turned into a political football after Israel’s opposition seized on comments made by Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid on Wednesday, in which he broadened the definition of anti-Semitism to include all hatreds.
How Palestinian Leaders Are Deceiving Americans
by Bassam Tawil, GATESTONE INSTITUTE • July 13, 2021
- The Palestinian Authority does not want the world to know that it has a law that prohibits the sale of property to the Israeli “enemy.”
- This is the same Palestinian leadership that is now telling the Biden administration that it is keen on resuming the peace process with Israel.
- It is also safe to assume that the Congressmen are not aware of the Islamic religious decrees banning Muslims from even attempting to engage in such deals [selling land to Jews].

Poll of American Jews has Distressing Results
By Victor Rosenthal
Most American Jews say they “support Israel.” But a recent poll casts serious doubt on this, or at least indicates that their idea of “support” is not what one might expect.
The poll was done by the Jewish Electorate Institute, described as a “group led by prominent Jewish Democrats,” and unsurprisingly some of the questions are clearly designed to elicit a desired result. For example,

Do The Democrats Want Civil War Or Revolution?
By Ray DiLorenzo, STAND UP AMERICA

In general, revolutions and/or civil wars are planned, but all have an element of spontaneity. Some are easier to formulate than others, but our situation has many faces with many false flags, false allies, and roads to nowhere. It is difficult to know what is real and what is a ruse.
A civil war is when two factions fight against each other that may or may not be aimed at the government. A revolution is when a group demands an overthrow of the government in favor of forming a new system of government.
Federal Judge Declares Obama-Era DACA Program Illegal
Order stipulates that current DACA recipients aren’t affected
BY July 16, 2021
A Texas federal judge on Friday ruled that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), an Obama-era policy that shields certain illegal immigrants from being deported, is unlawful and blocked new applications from being filed.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen argued that the policy goes against the Constitution because Congress never provided the executive branch authorization to grant deportation reprieves to illegal immigrants in the United States. DACA, which was established in 2012 by President Barack Obama’s administration, has granted an estimated 800,000 individuals protection.
Election Integrity Fires Burning in Georgia – GA Senate Seats in the Balance
By Wendi Strauch Mahoney, UNCOVERDC
The state of Georgia has election integrity on its mind as multiple parties push for hearings and investigations of alleged fraud in the 2020 General Election. Several of the cases involve Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero. On Monday, Mike Daugherty’s lawsuit on the January Senate run-off election will be heard in Henry County Superior Court by Judge Amero.
As reported by UncoverDC, Mike Daugherty filed the lawsuit in January asking for the run-off to be nullified because of the alleged election fraud in Georgia. Judge Amero granted a motion to unseal and inspect Fulton County Absentee Ballots from the 2020 election.
MASSIVE Lawsuit Filed By 10,000 Doctors And 1,000 Lawyers For Crimes Against Humanity!
By DANIEL, CIVIL DEADLINE, JULY 7, 2021
You may have seen some big class-action lawsuits, but I’ll guarantee you that you’ve probably never seen anything to this magnitude.
Outside of a class-action lawsuit, this is probably the largest lawsuit that I’ve ever seen, and rightly so.
Sure, there are class action lawsuits that consist of millions of people, but it’s not like they initiated the lawsuit or really even care about it. I’ve got a little card sitting next to me about a class-action lawsuit that I can participate in regarding some health coverage I used to have. But honestly, I don’t care about it at all.
New Revelations Show How Absolutely Dangerous Our Military Leadership Has Become
By Bonchie, RED STATE Jul 15, 2021 11:30 AM ET

The descent into leftism of our current military brass has been a much-discussed topic lately. As RedState reported previously, the woke ad campaigns belittle the mission and make a mockery of the readiness of our military. While China grows a more capable Navy and prioritizes physical ability, the US Army and other branches are out there plugging for people with anxiety disorder and gay parents.
But just in case you thought our military leadership was delusional enough, a new book reveals just how insane they were and continue to be.

The Eastern Med After the Biden-Putin Summit
By Dr. George N. Tzogopoulos, BESA

Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin in Geneva, June 16, 2021, image via Wikimedia Commons
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The summit of Presidents Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin in Geneva last month was the most important event of Biden’s tour of Europe. While Washington hopes to contain Beijing, Moscow seeks to better its position in the world. Such a recalibration could have an impact ?n the Eastern Mediterranean, a region only briefly mentioned during Biden’s European trip. The Israeli-Greek-Cypriot dialogue format remains relevant, but it will need to be carefully adjusted to reflect superpower competition.
The real challenge of reconciling Christians and Jews
Saying sorry for the past just isn’t enough. Addressing Christian anti-Semitism involves facing its anti-Israel element head-on.
By Melanie Phillips, INN
(JNS) The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, has announced that the Church of England plans to offer its “repentance” over anti-Semitic church laws that were passed in the 13th century.
Next year will mark the 800th anniversary of the 1222 Synod of Oxford. Among a number of grossly discriminatory measures, this implemented decrees that disqualified Jews from holding public office and forced them to wear clothing that distinguished them from Christians. These laws, says the church, heightened anti-Semitic feeling and led to the first nationwide expulsion of all Jews from England in 1290.

‘Babi Yar. Context’ Review: Sergei Loznitsa Grapples With a Heinous Massacre
While still potent, Sergei Loznista’s attempt to place the Babi Yar massacre within a particular context doesn’t stand up with his best work.

The first thing you notice when going to Babi Yar is just how close the ravine is from Kiev. So close that if the wind was right in those final days of September 1941, the city residents could almost certainly have heard the gunfire as Nazi soldiers slaughtered 33,771 Jews. Standing on the site, one wonders if the screams might also have been carried along by the breeze; if so, the cries of terror were largely greeted by shrugs or closed ears.
This unfathomable indifference to human life is what Sergei Loznitsa’s “Babi Yar. Context” is meant to tackle, not as a way of coming to grips with such an incomprehensible amorality — there is no way of truly explaining an atrocity — but to raise awareness, to ensure that the memory of that event isn’t covered over like the ravine itself was after the War, when it became an inconvenient reminder of both active and passive anti-Semitism.

Western Professors Pillory Israel Via Terrorist-Run Turkish U. Center, Part II
T. Belman. When you control the narrative, the people can be lead to believe anything. Facts are ignored or hidden. Only the lies count. The false narratives being promoted by the influencers, have long besieged Israel and Jews. The truth is of little consequence. Now, American is under a similar attack. It is fighting for its life just as Israel must do. Failure is not an option.
by Andrew E. Harrod, MEFORUM July 13, 2021
For years Western professors have embraced CIGA’s annual conference, despite the leadership of terrorist supporter and Erdo?an lackey Sami Al-Arian.
“This is a war” against Israel, stated University of Exeter Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies Research Fellow Ghada Karmi during a June 20 webinar by Istanbul Zaim University’s Center for Islam and Global Affairs (CIGA). Fellow academics shared her bellicosity during CIGA’s June 18-23 conference on “Challenging Apartheid in Palestine: Reclaiming the Narrative, Formulating a Vision.”
