The Supreme Court on Monday turned down a request to require former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to testify in a case regarding the private email server she used to send classified documents while secretary of state.

Justices denied an appeal from the watchdog Judicial Watch. They did not explain their decision. The denial was one of about 100 the court issued.

David Kendall, a lawyer for Clinton, told The Epoch Times via email, “I have no comment: the Court’s decision speaks for itself.”

Well…he was! And much, much worse! Schindler joined Nazi Germany’s military intelligence service, Abwehr, in 1936.  After witnessing the wide-spread horrors of Kristallnacht against the Jews, he joined Hitler’s Nazi Party in 1939.

Let’s set the record straight: Schindler wasn’t a Nazi sympathizer.  He was a Nazi.

Former Clinton adviser Naomi Wolf said that mandatory COVID-19 vaccine passports that have been proposed in recent days would be the “end of human liberty in the West if this plan unfolds as planned.”

In a step towards establishing election integrity in New Hampshire, the entire NH House Election Law Committee, led by Chairperson Barbara Griffin (R-Goffstown), unanimously voted to authorize a forensic audit of voting machines and ballots in the town of Windham. On Mar. 11, on a 20-0 vote, the panel approved and sent to the full House a wholly rewritten version of Senate bill (SB43) that passed on a vote of 24-0 on Feb. 18.

Responding to pleas from Windham residents, and with strong support from Sen. Robert Giuda, R-Warren, who has tirelessly represented Windham’s voice at the state level, Secretary of State (SoS) William Gardner eventually listened to voter concerns and recognized the importance of performing an independent forensic audit on the town’s voting machines and ballots.

I’ve written before about the European Union’s intervention in Judea/Samaria, how our “friends” in Europe pour massive amounts of money into illegal Palestinian development in Area C – the part of the territory that is supposed to be under full Israeli control according to the Oslo Accords. Control of these areas is absolutely critical for the defense of the State of Israel, both against Palestinian terrorism and against invasion across our borders.

Area C had very few Arab residents, and contains virtually all of the Jewish communities outside the 1949 armistice lines. Although President Trump’s “Deal of the Century” encouraged Israel to extend Israeli law to much of this area, it did not happen – to a great extent because of the chaos brought about by successive elections, and PM Netanyahu’s preoccupation with his legal problems.

The man heading this unit, Tal Kalman, is one of the most-cautious generals in the General Staff, and his statements here, in his first and exclusive interview, portray exactly the threats and possible responses – including military – but also hold a warning: to avoid dealing with these problems could pose a strategic threat for Israel.

Dr. Rachel Levine who has been approved to be the US Assistant Secretary for Health. Dr. Levine is a biological male who says that he is now a woman.

A strange scene unfolded a few weeks ago on Capitol Hill. The setting was the confirmation hearing for the position of the US Assistant Secretary for Health.

The candidate put forth by the Biden administration was one Dr. Rachel Levine, who previously served as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

The candidate, however, was not your run-of-the-mill physician. Levine is what these days is called a transgender “woman.” In other words, Levine is a biological male who says that he is a woman.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: EU-Russia relations are at their lowest since the end of the Cold War and show limited potential for meaningful improvement. The era of attempts to reset bilateral ties is over. The estrangement between Brussels and Moscow may contribute toward a strengthening of Europe’s ties to the US.

Irreversible divisions between the EU and Russia were reflected in the visit by Joseph Borrell, the EU’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, to Moscow in February. “We are at a crossroads,” Borrell wrote after the trip. “My meeting with [Russian FM Sergey] Lavrov highlighted that Europe and Russia are drifting apart. It seems that Russia is progressively disconnecting itself from Europe.”  After his departure, Moscow expelled three European diplomats, in retaliation for which three EU states expelled three Russian diplomats.
