Maricopa County officials on Wednesday decided to approve unanimously a plan to hire two preferred firms to audit election equipment used during the 2020 presidential election. The two ‘auditors’ selected in Arizona by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to perform an ‘audit’ of its 2020 election results had some notable issues. The Maricopa Board of Supervisors limited their choices to two companies Pro V&V and SLI Compliance have a dubious record and are linked to Dominion Voting Systems.

On Friday GOP State senators vowed to continue their push to perform their own forensic audit and announced they had hired their own auditing firm.

The Otzma Yehudit led by Atty. Itamar Ben Gvir, and the Noam Party, led by Avi Maoz, signed an agreement last night for a joint run in the upcoming elections.

The agreement states, among other things, that “in light of the challenges facing the State of Israel and the need to form a strong and stable right-wing government and in light of the goal of connecting all parties representing religious Zionism and all of the Torah of Israel with the Land of Israel, the parties have agreed to run together.”

Last Sunday, I received a call that there was unknown construction in one of the streams near my home in Nokdim, Gush Etzion.

I immediately dropped what I was doing to go see for myself, and a few minutes later I arrived at the spot where I saw Palestinian Authority trucks and tractors hard at work.

The stream, which is located in the Israeli-controlled Area C portion (such control granted to Israel in the Oslo Accord) of Judea & Samaria, is also located near the Arab town of Za’atara, which is under the rule of the Palestinian Authority (PA).

I am going to refrain from saying too much about mine and Sidney’s relationship. For one thing, over time it became something like I was working for her, helping her get answers to questions. Then, if I recall correctly, she became my lawyer. Whichever it was, in time the relationship became something for which privilege surely applies. One cannot selectively waive privilege, and just share things one wants to share while claiming “privilege” on the others. I know that. But what I can say is that our relationship started with me walking in off the street as a volunteer with information, and so I can talk about that phase of the relationship, but in time it became formal enough I will not be able to say more.
