That the QAnon supporter with a history of backing a wide variety of lunatic conspiracy theories, including believing that the 9/11 attacks were faked and those with clear anti-Semitic themes like her claim that California wildfires were caused by space lasers linked to the Rothschild bank, stands unrebuked by her party is not only a disgrace. It’s also a gift that will keep on giving to their Democratic foes until McCarthy acts.

The United Arab Emirates ambassador to the US said Monday that the normalization agreement his country signed with Israel in September was primarily “about preventing annexation.”

Yousef al-Otaiba said that while many had sought to cast the agreement in different lights to suit their own narrative, for him it was mostly about stopping Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s controversial plan to extend Israeli sovereignty to large parts of the West Bank.

Health Ministry data released on Monday revealed that around a third of total reported COVID-19 deaths in Israel were in January alone, making it the deadliest month by far since the start of the pandemic.

The death toll toll stood at 4,796, with preliminary figures showing 1,433 of those fatalities in January — just under 30 percent. The figure is expected to be updated and rise later in the day.

Over the last couple of decades, as townships, counties, and states have been pitched on the virtues of electronic voting systems over the tools of Stone Age democracy (where voting was done on paper ballots with simple mechanical machines). The pitches all came with one promise: “There will always be a paper ballot fail-safe, so in the event of a broken election you can always just open the boxes and count the ballots!” I would respectfully suggest that whatever foresight caused election officials in years past to extract that commitment, whatever threshold of election uncertainty they envisioned might someday occur requiring that a measure be taken to give the public confidence in an election result…whatever that point is, has surely been breached.

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has balked and manipulated information and the media to prevent a valid audit of the  county’s 2020 election results.  Now the local media outlet ABC15 is assisting them by claiming it is against state law for the county to provide ballots to auditors to review.

It was reported yesterday that the Arizona Senate has requested an audit of the Maricopa County 2020 election results and will select the auditor themselves. You can’t blame them. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS), who oversee the election process in the county, is doing all they can to prevent a valid audit from being performed in the county.
