Supreme Court demand: Timetable for destruction of illegal Arab building

ARUTZ SHEVA

Following a petition by the Regavim Movement for the protection of state lands, Supreme Court Justice Noam Solberg ordered the state to update the court within two weeks of the demolition date for illegal Arab construction on state land in Gush Etzion, for which orders were issued five years ago.

The state was demanded to update where enforcement procedures stood, repeatedly delaying its response, until at one point it even stated that some of the files in the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria’s offices were lost and could not be located. Only recently the state said that the cases have been found and that the appeals filed by the invaders have been rejected and therefore there was nothing to prevent enforcing the orders but nevertheless did not carry out the orders.
