Peloni: When the only distinction between victory and defeat is how many fake ballots can be stuffed into the ballot box, without even the constraint that the stuffing stops on or even several days after election day, it would seem that the deciding factor of victory will be decided by the candidate who is least affected by their role in such an absurdity as is being currently masked as an actual election. The will of the people is not just being stolen in LA, but it has adopted an air of public mocking . Justice and law enforcement may have never been so well displayed as lost in America, and it relates directly to the concept of consent of the governed. There is a dark tyranny which has risen to turn the land of the free and home of the brave into a parody of Gotham City, and the leadership conducting this electoral theft doesn’t even have enough respect for the citizens over whom they are to rule with impunity to manage the theft such that it is in any way reasonably possible. The shame of disenfranchisement of the people in any democracy is a legacy which only emboldens further acts of tyranny by those whose abuse of the people and the law granted them the ability to do so. As the American courts have demonstrated a disinterest in squaring this crooked circle, how might the people take back the power which is being demonstrated ever further from their grasp with every passing selection masked as an election?

“Impossible things are happ’ning every day!” the fairy godmother sang in Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. They’re certainly happening in LA where we just had the most impossible incredible (as is not credible) and unbelievable (as in there’s very good reasons not to believe in it) mayoral primary in which literally impossible things happened every day as more ballots dropped and more elections got stolen..
The good news is that nothing is impossible. The bad news is that nothing is impossible for political criminals.
