Thomas Massie Accused Israel Lobby Of Being Behind His Ouster — They Just Congratulated His Pro-Israel Opponent

Peloni:  Ed Gallrein raised somewhere around $3 million for his campaign, with an additional $32-$35 million from superpacs.  Yet, the roughly $7 million which came from Jewish groups are all that is noted by either the press or Gallrein’s opponent Massie as the basis of his fall from power.  The reality is that if the world didn’t have the collection of antisemitic libels which mask the reality of the woes of the world as being due to Jews, perhaps some of the long ignored problems might have been solved over the centuries in which these libels have instead been used to distract and focus the limited attention of antisemitic populations.

Notably, such long practiced tactics continue to be employed by men such as Massie who have earned the public’s scorn as he hid behind claims that Jews were out to get him, when the simple reality is that Massie, for all of his claims to be centered on the Constitution, lacked the support which his opponent had, and that opponent was not the Jews, not PM Netanyahu and not Israel, but Pres. Trump.  Instead of framing his defeat, and his campaign, around this reality, he moved to join the political bottom feeders circling about Tucker Carlson’s antisemitic tutorials, and thereby abandoned any dignity which he might have had as his defeat became imminently obvious.  I have noted in the past that war doesn’t change the character of men so much as it reveals it, but this is true in politics as well, and was most certainly true of Rep. Thomas Massie whose shameful protestation before the alter of antisemitism demonstrates just how truly hollow his adherence to the principles of the American Constitution really was, as antisemitism is not a Constitutional value, but is instead based around the principles of arbitrary rule and the application of selective justice.  Thomas Massie’s betrayal of that which he claimed to espouse as his greatest objective is in fact the greater legacy which he leaves in the wake of his landslide defeat.

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) congratulated Republican Kentucky congressional candidate Ed Gallrein Tuesday after the pro-Israel lobby helped him defeat incumbent Thomas Massie.

AIPAC and other pro-Israel lobbying groups spent over $9 million in mostly independent expenditures to oust Massie, who has been critical of Israel and opposed foreign aid. The lobbying group expressed their determination to place pro-Israel candidates into positions of power.

“Congratulations to US Navy SEAL Ed Gallrein for defeating anti-Israel incumbent Thomas Massie!” AIPAC wrote on X. “Pro-Israel Americans are proud to back candidates who support a strong alliance and help defeat those who work to undermine it. Being pro-Israel is good policy and good politics!” (RELATED: Ed Gallrein Has Boomers To Thank For Defeating Thomas Massie)

In a separate statement, AIPAC stated they were “proud” to help pro-Israel candidates win seats against so-called “detractors” like Massie and former Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

“Ed Gallrein’s victory in KY and Clay Fuller’s win in GA ensures two outspoken pro-Israel voices are positioned to fill seats previously held by outspoken detractors, Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene. Our community was proud to help pro-Israel candidates win these races,” AIPAC said.

Gallrein defeated Massie in a 54.8% to 45.2% vote, with a total of 104,071 votes being casted, according to Ballotpedia. Voters over the age of 65 overwhelmingly supported Gallrein, while most young voters supported Massie.

Massie previously told Daily Caller News Foundation co-founder Tucker Carlson that his primary race was so close because the Israeli lobby poured in millions to back his opponent. During his concession speech, he joked about trying to reach Gallrein in Tel Aviv.

Along with AIPAC, pro-Israel GOP donors donated millions to MAGA Kentucky, a pro-Trump super PAC, that spent nearly $7 million in independent expenditures to oust Massie. The super PAC received $750,000 from the Preserve America PAC, which is tied to billionaire megadonor Miriam Adelson, and a $1 million donation from billionaire Paul Singer.

AIPAC’s super PAC, the United Democracy Project, spent $4.15 million on independent expenditures to support Gallrein, according to Decision Desk Headquarters. The Republican Jewish Coalition Victory Fund donated $3.87 million in independent expenditures to oust Massie.

Massie repeatedly criticized Israel, wars and foreign aid during his time in Congress. He argued that President Donald Trump’s strikes on Iran in June 2025 were unconstitutional, and later stated on May 4 that Israel “forced our hand and dragged us” into the Iran war that began on Feb. 28.

Trump also opposed Massie for his multiple votes against the One Big, Beautiful Bill and his leading role in pushing for the release of the files surrounding Jeffrey Epstein files.

  1. ???????? ?? ??????: ???????? ?????? ??????? ? ??? ??? ????? ??? ????? ?? ????????? ?????? ??? ????

Emily Schrader just delivered the most honest analysis of the Massie loss that anyone has written this week. The hysterical ????? ?????? ??? ???????? framing coming out of the Tucker Carlson ecosystem is, in her words, ?? ?????? ?? ???????? ??????.

    Her central frame: ?????? ??????????? ????????’? 4?? ????????, ??? ?? ??? ???? ???????? ???????????? ????????? ??? ???-?????? ????????? ?? ??? ???????. ?? ?????? ??? ?????? ????????? ????? ???? ?? ????????? ???? ??????, ?????, ??????? ?????????, ??? ?????????? ???????? ????. ?? ????????, ?? ???? ?? ?????? 10 ??????.

    Schrader’s argument is the operational one: ??? ?????? ????? ????? ????????? ?????? ?? ??? ?? ??? ???? ???-?????? ?????????? ????????? ?? ??????? ??? ??? ??????? ???? ?????? ?????? ???. Kentucky evangelicals are not ???????? ?????? ???? ?? ?????? ????????? ??????? ?? ????? ???. They watched. They decided. They voted.

Even Massie’s losing speech showed ??? ??????? ??? ?????????. He could have closed with the economy, or local issues, or even Donald Trump. Instead, per Schrader, he went straight back to ??????????? ???????????? on his way out the door.

The other half of the story is who Massie has been keeping company with. Schrader names it directly: ?????? ??? ??????? ?????? ???? ????? ?????, ??? ?????????? ?????????? ?? ??? ??????? ???????? ?? ????. He was endorsed by NIAC, the pro-Tehran lobbying group. Even his ex-girlfriend has publicly accused him of taking money from the Iranian regime.

The Tucker-Carlson-ecosystem read of this race assumes Kentucky Christians are too stupid to notice any of that. They are not. They noticed. They voted. The audience for the ????? ?????? ?? conspiracy is shrinking every cycle.

    ???-?????? ?? ? ?????? ????????. ???????? ?????? ???? ?????? ??.

    I googled:

“Is Thomas Massie registered as a foreign agent of influence” “ No, Representative Thomas Massie is not registered as a foreign agent. In fact, he is a prominent opponent of foreign influence in U.S. politics and has introduced legislation to force certain lobbying organizations to register as foreign agents. He recently introduced the Americans Insist on Political Agent Clarity Act, which seeks to update the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) of 1938.“

The sheer Chutzpah of these flag waving lying, hypocritical Quislings in high places takes my breath away. It’s like a Hitchcock movie from the ‘30s.

I verified the facts on Google.

  2. Since some of these articles attack Massie, Carlson for their Israel/ and or Jew hatred i want to make a couple points as sometimes i feel we are understandably missing the forrest for the trees. 1. First, there is nothing inherently wrong with being staunch American First like FUENTES even, and loving your own country first. This is very Jewish as well. 2. State of Israel has potentially very warped leaders – see 7 October response. See Moshe Feiglin new book. 3. Massie & Carlson are 100% right on Covid & Covid response was likely greatest attack on humanity (including Jews!) in recorded history – deaths/ injury still raging with no-one saying anything in government or Jewish community. 4. It is unclear to me why Fuentes, Carlson, Massie are attacking Israel and they are dangerous not only because they are convincing but because they carry sincere America First values, understand that an American young man dual citizen fighting in IDF is clearly a potential conflict of interest, and we are not calling out the deeply entrenched evil on our own side. I may be saying it wrong, but their is deep authentic integrity problem here on our own Jewish/ Israel side of which we need resolved as I unapologetically support ISRAEL and the Jewish People. Chag Sameach.

    • You’re an idiot. Fuentes and his ilk are NOT sincere America First patriots. They support regimes that are enemies of America like Beijing, Moscow, Tehran. Fighting in the IDF is not a conflict of interest, Israel is not our enemy, it is our ally and we are both fighting against Iran.

    • @leanmarc
You raise many points which should be addressed more clearly, so I will do so one at a time.

      1. First, there is nothing inherently wrong with being staunch American First like FUENTES even, and loving your own country first. This is very Jewish as well.

I agree that there is nothing wrong with being a staunch nationalist, no matter the country. Love of ones country is tied to the roots from which the concepts on which a nation state is founded, and this should be true for all nation states.

But to suggest that Fuentes is an example of such nationalist pride is, I would argue, entirely dishonest. Fuentes, as an American, has chosen to highlight concepts which are entirely contrary to the parameters on which his nation was founded. In fact, his antisemitism is better tied to any number of old European fiefdoms than it is to America, a nation which has provided Jews the most welcome position at the table, so to speak, as they have had anywhere in the Diaspora, probably since the Second Commonwealth fell. The relevance of this is that, by subscribing to such arbitrary measures of injustice, Fuentes is not demonstrating a love of country any more than did Hitler. His preference to manipulate a narrative based on false claims simply so as to highlight his antisemitic screeds demonstrate his true interest is not that of national pride, but rather that of national scorn. Stated otherwise, he is not motivated towards America First, nor is he even motivated towards America Only. He is instead focused on manipulating the history, traditions, and values on which America was founded, and to write an altogether different narrative from which Jew Hatred might be entertained, again, this is not America First principle, but something altogether different I would argue.

Fuentes, Carlson, Massie do not carry America First Values because the values they champion run completely contrary to American Values. Antisemitism is not an American value, as you indicated, but rather it is a denial of constitutional principles on which the nation was founded and which had been the focus of the American First movement. So how can they carry “sincere American First values” while advocating for values that run contrary to the American Constitution? I notice that you seem a bit puzzled by this fact, but it seems that perhaps you have missed the primacy of such logical disconnects as you indicated.

I will address the disparity between antisemitism and the American Constitution on another thread. It is a larger conversation than merits being hidden in this already long comment.
