Furthermore, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Iraqi Kurdistan has denied the accuracy of this report is accurate, despite the reports from US and Israeli sources. So, with this in mind, was this an actual info op, intended to threaten the Iranian regime of the potential use of the Kurdish and other separatist groups in Iran so as to draw them to the negotiating table? One consequence for all of this is that IRGC forces are currently targeting Kurdish opposition strongholds, something which should not have been altogether unexpected following reports by Trump of having interest in using these opposition forces for the purpose described in the below report.
