Peloni: The question remains what crimes might Brennan be charged with that are not outside of the statute of limitations. I am told that he was very careful in his latest testimony, and prosecution of him making false statements there will likely fail. Also, all other charges related to the Russia Hoax and other past calumnies in which he was involved are beyond the statute of limitations. So what might the FBI be considering to charge him?
