Western Europe has perfected a dangerous moral fraud. It loudly accuses Israel, the Jewish state fighting for its life in a region of evil jihadi Islam, of war crimes, genocide, and “unacceptable violence,” while simultaneously burying its own historical and present-day atrocities under layers of silence, legal immunity, and media protection.

Denmark, yes, little Denmark, is a textbook case.

In the midst of Israel’s defensive war against the Iranian/Qatari supported Hamas jihadists in Gaza, after the October 7th massacre, rape spree, and mass kidnappings of Jews, the Danish prime minister declared Israel’s actions “unacceptable.”

Denmark used its presidency of the European Union to push for greater diplomatic and economic pressure on Israel!

Not to demand international action against Iran, Qatar, Egypt, or Turkey, regimes that funded, armed, enabled, and sheltered Hamas, but to push for diplomatic and economic punishment of Israel, the very nation fighting the jihadi terror they all helped unleash.

Only the resistance of countries like Germany, Hungary, and others prevented that campaign from advancing.

Israel was, and is, lawfully defending its people against jihadi aggression aimed at genocide of the Jews.

But while Denmark was wagging its finger at Israel, something else came to light, something truly grotesque.

My friend Richard Kemp, former British Army Officer and Commander of British Forces in Afghanistan, recently posted that from the 1960s through the 1990s, the Danish government systematically sterilized Inuit women in Greenland. Not criminals. Not volunteers. Indigenous girls and women, many of them minors, were implanted with contraceptive devices without their knowledge or consent. The explicit goal was to reduce the size of the indigenous population.

That is not an accusation. That is not Israeli propaganda. That is a documented state policy Denmark was forced to admit and apologize for.
By any honest definition, this constitutes genocide.

And yet, notice what did not happen.
No international outrage. No emergency UN sessions. No International Court of Justice proceedings. No South African legal theatrics. No moral hysteria from European politicians who so casually throw the word “genocide” at Israel.

Silence.
And this pattern is not confined to past crimes.

Today, Western Europe is again silent, this time as Sunni jihadists under Abu Mohammad al-Julani massacre minorities across Syria. Christians are slaughtered or driven from their ancestral homes. Druze villages are attacked. Alawite communities are targeted for extermination. Kurds are ethnically cleansed and crushed under jihadist rule.

These are not battlefield accidents. These are not collateral damage. These are sectarian massacres carried out by Islamist forces the West increasingly pretends can be “moderated.”

And where is Europe?

Where are the emergency UN condemnations?Where are the sanctions? Where are the candlelight vigils in Paris, London, and Copenhagen? Where are the breathless headlines demanding intervention?

Absent. All of it.

The same governments and media outlets that unleashed unrelenting fury against Israel within hours of October 7th, before Israel had even responded militarily in Gaza, now suddenly discover the language of “complexity,” “nuance,” and strategic silence recognizing the Sunni jihadists in Syria butchering the local Christians, Druze, Alawites, and Kurds.

The same moral blindness applies to Iran.

As the Islamic regime massacres thousands of its own citizens, executing innocent protesters in the streets, torturing dissidents, disappearing women and teenagers, Western Europe once again looks away. Internet blackouts are imposed to hide the bloodshed, and the world politely averts its eyes.

No EU emergency summits.
No ICJ filings.
No wall-to-wall media outrage.

The contrast could not be clearer.

When Jews are attacked, the West demands Jewish restraint. When Jews defend themselves, the West screams “genocide.”
When jihadi Islamist regimes or jihadist militias murder minorities, the West is silent.

This has nothing to do with human rights.
Nothing to do with international law.
And nothing to do with protecting civilians.

It is about who is allowed to survive, and who is expected to die quietly.

Israel, the Jewish state, is expected to absorb massacre, rape, and terror without response. But when Jews fight back, they are condemned.

When Western governments commit real atrocities, or when Islamist forces slaughter Christians and other minorities, the world suddenly loses its voice.

People with blood on their hands should not lecture Jews on morality.

However, the depth of the moral rot of Western European leadership is even worse than throwing the Jewish state of Israel under the bus.

Their rot has become so severe that, in the name of “progressivism,” they are willingly enabling Sunni and Shia jihadist forces to overtake their own societies, endangering their own citizens, eroding basic freedoms, arresting people for social-media posts and even private WhatsApp messages as already seen in the United Kingdom, while allowing de facto Sharia norms to advance, subjugating non-Muslims with the full partnership and ideological cover of Europe’s progressive elites.

Unless the people of Western Europe rise up, their future is like the persecuted non-Muslim populations people of Iran and Syria.

As for Israel, we know the enemy and we will continue to defend ourselves.

But the West must decide whether it stands for truth, or whether it will continue sacrificing truth and their own citizens on the altar of appeasement, cowardice, and Jew-hatred masquerading as virtue.

Despite the immoral silence of the West to true genocide, ultimately, it is the responsibility of the Jewish state of Israel to own its mission, regionally and globally, and to confront and eliminate the jihadi Muslim evil that surrounds us.

God entrusted us with the holy land of Israel to spread His holiness to the world and stomp out the evil. When we don’t do it, no other power is able to. The world is waiting for us.
