President Donald Trump has tapped top immigration adviser Stephen Miller as White House chief of staff.
Trump’s announcement came just three days after Republicans suffered losses in the midterm elections Tuesday night, resulting in the party losing control of both chambers of Congress.

Now that the ballots have been counted, the real contest begins: not on the campaign trail, but behind closed doors, where coalitions are built, promises are traded and red lines are tested.
PELONI: Remember, the point of going after Hegseth is so that the Democrats can seize control of the US military thru a process of elimination of any who would oppose them and a defection of any who will join them after Hegseth is removed. By doing so, they also push thru the untethered claim that Hegseth is responsible for following an illegal order issued by Trump. So, while there will be no bipartisan support to go after Trump directly, the Democrats will be able to muster some bipartisan support against Hegseth. It is an easier path for them to pursue and one which will bear the fruit of libeling Trump’s order as being illegal with the support of any Republican who joins the cavalcade raised against Hegseth. So this attack on Hegseth is a pivotal first strike on what will be the Democratic Congress’ chief goal of removing Trump from office, which will be the war raised by the legisaltive branch against the Executive Branch over the next two years.

Senior congressional Democrats have been studying a 181-page dossier that identifies hundreds of executives and companies for them to investigate after they take control of the House and Senate next year.
PELONI: It is interesting that Vance argued that the Republican turn out was not down, but that they had switched parties. So, given that the Evangelical movement has always been at the forefront of Republican political strength and forms the commanding center of the MAGA movement, it is interesting that a drop in Evangelical turnout escaped the notice of the Vice President when he offered his Jew Hatred analysis that Israel was the cause of his Party’s overwhelming defeat. Perhaps in describing that his people did turn out to the polls, he was not looking at the Evangelical community as part of his voting supporters, or perhaps he simply had Tucker Carlson pen his statement instead. What is clear however is that it is unfortunate that the Evangelical community turnout was seriously diminished and addressing that fact should surely have been added to Vance’s remarks if not actually being at the center of them. Notably, elections have consequences, but so too do appointments, with Vance being evidence of how great an effect a single appointments might have.

The Democrats didn’t just win an election Tuesday night. They delivered a political wake-up call to Evangelical Christians across America.
And the question now is whether the church is listening.
PELONI: The war and economic situation in America was just part of the problem which the Republicans faced going into the midterms. The Republican Congress acted as the obstacle to half of Trump’s initiatives, while the courts obstructed nearly the rest. The vast majority of what Trump did achieve was thru the use of his executive authority, and these fiats are easily reversible and are subject to greater scrutiny by the judiciary. So while Trump was acting as the Ambassador in chief in this election, trying to push his Republican congressmen to victory, the role which the Republican congress played in preventing Trump from achieving his legislative objectives was hard to disguise, even with Trump’s support. And the legislative objectives which Trump was blocked from passing by his own party was exactly what the American people expected when they granted the Republican party the simultaneous control of the combined elements of the presidency, the House and the Senate. So, to some degree, and with some validation, the Republicans on the ballot earned the scorn of the American people.
Beyond this, the fact that one of the initiatives which Trump focused a great deal of his interactions with the Congress was on the subject of election reform, which came in various forms with various compromises, all to be washed away by the Republicans themselves. To what degree election fraud played a relevant role in producing a Blue Tsunami against Trump when it whittled down the 2022 Red Tsunami into a red puddle remains to be seen. It is interesting that candidates whose names were locally never heard before rose to win significant seats of power, and that on the eve of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the American Republic, the American people seemed to decide overnight to prefer outright Marxist and Islamist candidates just to spite themselves into a state of civilizational compromise if not ruin. To my eyes, this election raises many Red Flags, but time will tell to what degree the plague of Drop & Roll illicit election scheming revisited America in 2026.
Notably though, as it is true that one should not fix what is not broken, one should also assume that that which is known to be broken will not be fixed by preventing any attempt to do so, which is the role played by Trump’s own party when he addressed the issue of election fraud over and over and over again. The world is less safe today because he failed to successfully address this pivotal campaign promise, and because he failed to address it, the truth about the political choices of the governed in America should remain in question until proven otherwise. To be certain, we should expect to hear more about this in time. The Executive Order requiring an audit of the election allows some 45 days, so we will see what comes from this.

A few years ago, most Americans had never heard of the Democratic Socialists of America.
Today, the DSA is no longer a fringe campus organization. It is becoming an increasingly powerful force inside the Democratic Party, and anyone dismissing it as a temporary fad is making a catastrophic mistake.

The October 27 election results have been ratified with the Right bloc holding 53 seats, the opposition holding 48, and Arab parties with a record of 19 seats. There is no 61-seat majority to be reckoned at the moment, but a minority government could take office with 49 votes if Arab parties abstain in favor of controlling the political choices of the govt it chooses to support.
The midterms were bad, but 2028 will determine if America survives

Midterms are usually bad for the ruling party. These were especially bad.
The bottom line comes down to four words: people hate this economy. They hated it in 2020 and they hated it in 2024. They hated what COVID and our reaction to it did to prices, to housing availability, and to a thousand other things, even before gas prices shot up. And they’ve consistently voted against the party in power.
PELONI: The narrative war waged all across the world began with the October 7 Massacre. Who could be surprised that the real motivation is revealed that this was never to support the faux national rights of the “Palestinians”, but rather an outright effort to literally push the Jewish people and the Jewish state into the sea. The mean to achieve our destruction, but then again, preventing such an outcome has been the raison d’etre of the Jewish State’s existence and to that point we will not allow such an outcome to succeed.
Incoming radical Democrat politicians have indicated an escalation in their rhetoric and policy, with the goal of destroying Israel now normalized.

A quick look at a social media post from the newly-elected Democratic Rep.-elect Dariavila Aliza Chevalier is all it takes to understand what awaits Israel in the wake of Tuesday’s Democratic swing in America’s Midterm elections. Mere minutes after Pres. Donald Trump announced an end to American foreign aid to Israel, Chevalier posted on X: “Military aid is not enough. We need to end U.S. taxpayer funding for Israel’s war crimes, a full arms embargo, and the Palestinian right of return.”
PELONI: This is a Must Read Article by WIN Editorial Staff. If in fact Trump is correct, which of course he is, in stating that stoping Iran from becoming a nuclear power, it lies incumbent upon him to finish the job, to end the Iranian regime, and to eliminate its control and terror threats which remain in place over the region and the world. Indeed, if a nuclear Iran were not an existential threat, then it would have been highly inappropriate for Trump to have acted as he has to prevent such a threat from materializing. Unfortunately, and to Trump’s credit, a nuclear Iran is an existential threat to America, but it requires the political will and moral courage to see this war thru to completion. VP Vance has taken every opportunity to prevent such an outcome from taking place, but while he remains one heartbeat away from the presidency, he is not the commander in chief in America, and hopefully this important role will never be filled by someone lacking both the political will, moral courage and geopolitical insight as Vance has demonstrated in both opposing the war, challenging its success, and mischaracterizing the only American ally which actually supported the war effort with Iran. Indeed, Trump has played a pivotal role in attacking Iran, but now we have to see if he will play a similarly pivotal role in seeing the objectives he still supports thru to a successful conclusion, or if he will continue to acquiesce to Vance’s position on wanting to abandon this war.
Trump and Netanyahu brought Iran to its knees but left the regime standing. Now, political upheaval in the U.S. and Israel threatens their last chance to finish the job.

As Republicans confront the consequences of Tuesday’s midterm bloodbath, Vice President JD Vance has offered a blunt explanation.
PELONI: The involvement of any country in tolerating the presence of the Muslim Brotherhood or its affiliates in a relative country, much less having a voice in the relative governing operations of the govt of that country, is simply acting in coordination with its own ultimate subjugation. At least in Israel, the internationalist aligned High Court is responsible for the Muslim Brotherhood aligned political activities, but in the US, there are laws on the books which only require the political will to act upon them to banish the Muslim Brotherhood from America, following which the US courts will have their say, but so far, the Muslim Brotherhood ban by Trump does not include banning the domestic chapters of the Muslim Brotherhood in the US.

The close Israeli election was rocked by the arrest of seven Muslims, most of them activists with the Islamic ‘Ra’am’ or United Arab List’ party who were reportedly caught with envelopes containing tens of thousands of shekels that were allegedly being used to bribe voters.
