On Mark’s Saturday Show, he opens with a review of how he came to break the story of Russiagate back in March 2017. Mark follows this up with a detailed explanation of the major details of the Russiagate attempted coup. He also explores the import of the SCOTUS ruling which provides absolute immunity for only “actions within his [the president’s] conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And that he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution of all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts”.
Mark notes that Obama was not acting within his official acts while trying to setup the elements of the Russiagate coup, including Obama ordering a second Intelligence Community Assessment Report which could be used to hamper and undermine Trump’s entire first term as president. Mark further explains that if Obama were brought to trial, he would have presumptive immunity, but he would have to prove the presumption was valid, and not actually an act of corruption. He also explains that during the investigation against Obama, the statute of limitations would not apply to what are known as process crimes, ie obstruction of justice, false statements, etc, and that these would not be protected by the statute of limitations. Also, Mark argues that we can’t know what we don’t know about further criminal activity which might have taken place by Obama and no one has ever actually investigated, questioned or received any records from Obama, and that needs to end immediately.
In the second segment, Mark talks with Ben Shapiro about the conclusion of the second ICA as being based on false information -ie, that it was well known that Russia didn’t want Trump which contradicts the conclusion of the ICA. Mark also suggests that there had to be collusion between the Obama and Clinton camps regarding the attempt to weave the manufactured narrative, and Shapiro agrees that it would be surprising if there was no ongoing coordination between the two camps. Shapiro raises the likely point that the coordination, however, would likely be at a lower level than with Hillary and Obama being directly involved. Shapiro also discussses the many outrageous actions taken by Obama during his term as president while still maintaining a comfortable distance from being held accountable for those actions, and that Obama’s involvement in the second ICA stands out for this fact. He notes further that ICAs are typically produced for the president without the involvement of the president in detailing what the findings should be.
Mark and Shapiro also call for investigations of the communications and document trails surrounding the many investigations which were taken against Trump over the past several years.
