WELL-INFORMED WASHINGTON SOURCES:
TRUMP HAS A MAJOR, UNPRECEDENTED . AND NASTY SURPRISE FOR IRAN.* THE SURPRISE WILL BE MILITARY AND WILL RENDER THE IRGC’S CORE CAPABILITIES USELESS AND POWERLESS.
* THE TECHNOLOGY INVOLVED IS UNDISCLOSED AND UNLIKE ANYTHING SEEN BEFORE, AND ITS EFFECTS WILL BECOME VISIBLE VERY QUICKLY IN THE AFTERMATH.
* A nuclear strike is not on the table — but the impact of this coming surprise would be nuclear in scale and duration.
* Let’s watch and see. Trump is pushing for three main things: Iran’s unconditional surrender, and a complete end to the IRGC itself, along with full surrender of all highly enriched uranium, estimated at around 450 kg to the US, and not to any third parties.

Unfortunately, not true. Trump is negotiating a “deal” with the Islamist regime. He even compliments them for giving a “gift” (not identified). This is a betrayal of the Iranians who have been fighting to bring an end to the Islamist regime, and replacing it with a genuine democracy. Tens of thousands of Iranians seeking to overthrow the clericalist regime have been killed since the first of this year simply because they participed in peaceful demonstrations opposing it and its repression. By negotiating a “deal” with the Ayatollah’ regime, trump has betrayed these people
@Adam,
It takes two to negotiate, and right now the Iranians want Trump to surrender and pay them tribute. I have made the point several times that the Iranians are their own worst enemy, so if this persists, there will be no negotiated settlement.
